There’s a thin line between portion control and being stingy. Normally, you’d expect a generous serving of rice and vegetables. But today(and particularly this OKC location) … I can’t help but think of Oliver Twist. Please Sir, Can I Have Some More … The Team Leader was upbeat and friendly. Even though I walked away with a meager, disappointing small dinner bowl, I just didn’t have the heart to complain because there was«Service with a Smile.» In Chiptole’s defense, they must have been training a new line person. Because she was extra careful never to have too much food on the serving spoon.

We eat here quite often as they’re gluten free and a great option for healthy food. Most recently, I ordered through their 1 – 800 catering line for an event I had. I was extremely pleased with their service and the portion sizes. I could have used a bit more meat in the trays they provided, but overall everything was amazing. I would have given them 5 stars if they could deliver(as I know Chipolte delivers in other markets), but apparently they don’t deliver in OKC. If you’ve never been — you get a variety of choices in sauces, meats, and veggies. Their rice is amazing and I love their chips/cheese. You get to pick and choose to make your own taco bowl or burrito. Your’re gonna LOVE it!

I’m a huge Chipotle fan. I am in OKC on business and maybe I am spoiled by my Chipotle in Cincinnati. This location had flies, disinterested employees and bland food. That’s right, bland food. Next time I will google another location.

Last stop in OKC before we head back to Dallas. We decided to go to Chipotle because honestly that was the only place on the way we really wanted. If you know Chipotle you know that pretty much any Chipotle tastes the same. Normally this will be a 5 star but the service was whack. The poor girl was on the line by herself and you can tell she was very frustrated as well. Overall we really enjoyed our food

Waited in line over 30 minutes for a cold burrito and to sit in a filthy dining room. Not impressed. Employees were unfriendly and unapologetic for the wait. Won’t go back to any location especially this one. No apparent manager on duty facilitating during an obvious dinner rush. While we waited, we watched multiple customers open the front door, see the line and leave. Chipotle should be embarrassed.

I’ve always had a good experience here. The food is what you expect, and the service is okay. Keep your distance for lunch though, this place gets packed.

Awful. Just awful. Waited in line for 30 mins. Got my food home and it was inedible. The rice wasn’t cooked and the meat was inedible. Called to speak to the manager and they told me they were«too busy» when I asked for the managers name they hung up on me. Bleh.

My typical go to when I’m out of state for(supposedly) fresh and minimally processed ingredients. Well if you’re in OKC be prepared to be screwed out of your money’s worth. Ordered a Barbacoa burrito this time instead of my usual Bowl. The Burrito-er put a ridiculously paltry amount of meat(think less than 2 oz, child sized portion) to which I commented similarly. I asked for a bit more as it not only looked like the wrong amount but was smaller than the serving placed in the bowl next to mine. I was told that I would charged DOUBLE($ 15) to receive the same amount of meat as another patron in line. I chose not to be rude as I’d much rather warn others — this particular location will definitely screw you. Stay clear!

No Margaritas in OK?! It’s cool though! The service was great and the food was awesome! What would you expect from a franchise whose stock price is $ 650+?

The food was tasty because it always is at chipotle, but they were a little stingy with the protein portion of my bowl. I’ve been to other chipotle locations about a hundred times and I’d say they are pretty slow working the line here. Also, the chips were a little heavy on the lime and left a sour taste in my mouth.

Wow I can’t believe the service I got today. I’m used to awesome chipotle restaurants being from southern California. Here’s the story: I called in my order and let them know I would be there no later than ten minutes. Having hungry children, I don’t have time to stand in a line forever. Anyway, I get there and there is a long line so I go to register and the girl attending rudely asks if she can help me. I tell her I’m there to picky up my order and well, they haven’t even started it!!! I’m beyond annoyed. They tell me they will start on it.. guess what they start on it AFTER their last person in line. I’m getting angry. Then they are arguing with each other about my order… they are all high school students and arguing about what I want and apparently they can’t read the writing of the guy who took my order down… ummm it’s not that hard a burrito and 3 sides of beans and rice. Finally my order is ready. I notice only two bowls so I ask if I was given the three side dishes. They talk to each other and say of course they combined them(rice in one and beans in the other). Wth?! I wanted them separate, 3 bowls of 2 sides each. Now I’m sure they have no idea what they are doing. I pay and leave. I get to my hotel and notice I’ve never purchased a smaller burrito from them. But it’s ok I guess I didn’t need the calories… eating my burrito I notice many pieces of steak have thick gristle and I have to spit it out and can’t chew it. Yes the steak is a little too pink. I’m hoping I don’t get sick. Also I think that they are skimpy with beans as I think I saw only 5 beans in there. Oh well. I go to give my children their beans and rice which they love… well not this time. The white rice that supposedly has cilantro in it smells like the greens have gotten rotten I would know. They are also dark brown and slimy. I think I’ll post a picture in the morning. Anyway the rice not only stinks but tastes bad. Needles to say no one ate it. I made the kids microwaveable mac n cheese thank goodness I had that as backup. I can’t believe this place is still in business. The teenagers are all arguing with each other and have no customer service skills. They literally rolled their eyes at me and are bumping into each other while prepping food, arguing at register, the place looks trashed, and inefficient food preparation. Will definitely not go back. Ever. And I’m tired of reading good reviews about places that aren’t great so I feel it’s my job to set the record straight and try to actually even out these reviews.

I love Chipolte. I eat it at least a couple of times a week, especially while travelling as they are usually consistant. For the first time ever I ran into one that sucked. Had to wait on chicken and steak and veggies which has happened before but no apologies. When I finally got my bowl I got a lot of fat and gristle and for the first time ever the guac was turning Brown.

My burrito was much smaller than normal so when I pointed it out they took it back and just rapped it which only made it long and skinny. I wasn’t to happy until the cashier only charged me for my drink.

I ordered a veggie bowl. Really skimpy on the veggies. I also ordered chips and salsa. Skimpy on the chips and about half the chips were stale. This was my first visit to this location. The rest of the food was great. My visit was around 2:30 so it was after lunch rush. No line. The place looked clean. I’ll try the location one more time. If they give a full portion of veggies and have fresh chips I’ll increase the rating.

I’ve visited this place at different times on different days and it’s STILL crowded with a line. If you’re at the point of starvation, I would devise a back up plan. Just sayin’ There are a couple gals who give heavy handed scoops of the good stuff. One of them works on Monday evening. Your welcome :) If a youthful, tall, dark blonde hair dude is working in the kitchen, you will get good food guaranteed. He seems to know what he’s doing. Fresh, relatively fast… Easy and kind of healthy. No real complaints on my end!

One of my favorite places to eat. I love getting the chicken bowl, with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, cheese and lettuce.

I’m lucky to live so close to Chipotle. They really ought to have more than one location in the metro! Although I usually choose to support local businesses, I give in to Chipotle every now and then. The food is fresh and you can’t go wrong with anything you order. I prefer the burrito bowl because if you get a burrito it is evidently much more difficult to consume and the tortilla often rips because they stuff if so full! The people are always very friendly as well!

First, I found this location on the gluten free finder app. I often go to Chipolte when I travel because they have good GF options. This location however had not a single person on staff even knowing about GF preparation, or what GF means. They acted like I was making it up. They only changed gloves after debating with them. Then they acted upset about the whole thing. I did email the owner and us supposedly she is mailing me a gift card to try the location again. I’m leaving this at 1 star until I try it again. The owner insisted she will train the staff. We shall see.

I ate here with my coworkers and it was pretty much like other Chipotle locations. I had the steak burrito($ 6.35) and a soda($ 1.55) which was $ 8.56 total. The burrito was good and it would be better with some hot sauce even though I didn’t add any. The place was small and had an eating area that was in its own area with a door. The staff were friendly and the service was quick!
