The car was great! The service and facility was terrible. Waited almost 30 minutes just to return our car.

Do not rent from this particular avis. They are rude and di not work to fix a situation that they caused. Billed me for a vehicle and then told me that I would need to contact my corporate office for reimbursement. I asked for their corporate office they said they didnt have one and was extremely reluctant about giving me the customer care number. I reached customer service and they were able to get it resolved in a matter of minutes. Bad review for budget avis on shields and 5 stars for customer service handling it appropriately.
