Wish I could give it less than one star. A man who I think was the store manager did not care at all about my concerns. I will never go to this store again. In the future, any apple products I buy will be from the apple store.

After the horrible experience I had at 50th and May, then Penn Square did not have the phone in stock, I was pleased by the kind efficient service we received here. Shame it took 2 hours longer than necessary because of a bad manager at another location.

I wish I could give them any less star… Because in my opinion they don’t deserve any. I went to the store to purchase a new phone. There were nine people on wait list and staff once done with a customer was in no hurry to get to the next customer. I don’t get get, do we need to block 2 –3 hours to go to a store just to buy a single phone. Ridiculous… not acceptable.

I got a new phone and was told they needed to «upgrade» my account. Well it wasn’t an upgrade, it was a DOWNGRADE. Now I’m getting huge data charges that I wasn’t getting before. I went in to discuss this with them and Antajuan was NO help at all. Instead of engaging with me, he was feeding me Corporate Line and drawing Martini glasses on his post-it note. It wasn’t even 4:00!!! I’ve been a LONG-TIMEAT&T customer. I’ll probably look for another carrier now. This was a BAD experience now from TWO of their reps at this same location.
