Not sure about the other lady’s experience here, but everytime (3 – 4 times) I’ve taken my Mini Schnauzer here, it’s been great… no problems, never had to call me. I’m also a prepared pet owner, bringing everything my dog needs and labeling/​explaining his needs to the staff. Yes, he is dirty when he’s picked up (IT’S AN ANIMAL FACILITY, DUH) but no problem, I just take him to be groomed or home for a bath, easy as that, no fleas or anything. Also, before when I had an apt, I felt guilt he couldn’t run around, but here he can and play with his pals. They also offer affordable rates and take you even when your in a bind. A bit distance/​outta the way but worth it, and it’s right off 35. Would definitely recommend it!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE! Worst experience ever! Boarded both our beagles here over Christmas break for a full week. Went to pick them up and they were FILTHY! They looked weak, hungry and tired. To make matters worse they gave me their blankets and pillows back soiled in urine and feces. They blamed it in them being very busy. Unacceptable! I only gave them a star because it made me in order to save this review.
