I used their service in October after seeing an ad on groupon. I called and got an appointment setup for the time I needed and wanted. However, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and the cost of the service provided. My house was a three bedroom hallway and walk-​in closet I bought the groupon, after seeing the ad thinking it was a good deal, it stated it was good for $ 109 worth of service. The side of the truck and website both stated either $ 89.99 or $ 99.99 for 5 rooms and the hallway free. The tech had me pay $ 55 extra for the living room, walk-​in closet, and hallway The groupon only covered the three bedrooms. The website also states $ 19.95 for any size room. Even using that pricing I should not have had to pay $ 55 extra I feel as if I was cheated out of money and got nothing from using groupon for their service. I received a response back from the company after complaining to groupon and I was told to deal the details in the groupon. They said I could not use the groupon with any deals they offer, which is not stated in the groupon as they claim. Additionally, nowhere do they list the price to clean a house room for room without their deals. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will never use them again.

I experienced the same problems and frustrations as the other two reviewers.
Basically it boils down to the fact that they lie and they don’t honor their own groupons/​terms of service.
Don’t use this company because they are unprofessional and extremely rude.

If I could put a zero star I would. Here’s the situation… I purchased his service through Groupon for $ 49 equals $ 109 in service. I call them up last night, get a rapid call back at 8:30am in the morning on my day off so that was awesome. I tell this guy I’m on the 2^nd floor. He asks how far I am from the parking lot, I reply 15 feet. He says he can’t do it with the truck mounted cleaner. I ask him if he can use a portable cleaner, he replies yes but it’s more expensive. I’m thinking to myself, well, I had a carpet cleaning company and utilized nothing but portable machines and never did I charge more just because it was a pain in the butt to carry up and down stairs. Anyways, says the difference between truck mount cost is $ 25 per room whilst the portable machine will come to $ 35 per room. I have a 2 bedroom apartment, I have living room, dining room, a hallway, and our master bedroom that needed to be cleaned that would come out to $ 105 for the job. This guy really never came up with a solution until I asked him about a portable machine and even then he thwarted the option by saying it’s more expensive. I was expecting to hear, we can come with a portable cleaner and the difference would be just an extra $ 30 to do my extra bedroom, that would have been fine but this guy on the phone with me just wanted to argue and not come up with a solution to remedy this situation. At this point, I tell him he should maybe have better attention to detail and input into the Groupon description so not to waste customer’s time like he did mine. Told me Groupon makes the ad and that it also says in the ad on Groupon that you should call first and that I should get a refund. Wow, guess my money isn’t as green. It DOES NOT say that at all in the ad that the customer should contact before purchase. Didn’t even get the carpet cleaning done, but based on the customer service aspect I can safely say that if it was at all a semblance of what they’re work efforts are, then I’m glad I didn’t get work done by them. What a joke. Do not recommend. –5 stars.
