The business was founded in 1956 for the purpose of selling and servicing dictating machine. In 1965 within act meant for the minimum wage law the business and or the payroll time clock business. In 1995 A.E.C. Solutions also added professional speech recognition.

Currently we provide biometric payroll time systems, digital dictation system and professional speech recognition.

High school graduate, attended University of Oklahoma, Vietnam vet. Started working at a A.E.C. Solutions in 1971 as a technician, graduated to both sales and service in 1974. Started management position in 1976. Became the co-​owner with his wife in 1987
