On the Way to Wellness groups deliver a fun, lively, interactive hour that encompasses accurate information and fired-up motivation in an extremely supportive environment. Personal Coaching provides a premium program tailored to your individual needs, creating an amazing level of help, support, and motivation.
History
Established in 2010.
The Mind-full Motivator began by working with groups who wanted to make healthy lifestyle changes. The focus becam to support, educate and motivate people who wanted to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, increase energy, improve cholesterol or blood sugar, or simply to feel and live better.
In 2011, these meetings formally became the current On the Way to Wellness groups, each on meeting weekly. Then and now, current wellness topics are presented and active attendee participation is encouraged. These groups deliver a fun, lively, & interactive hour that feature accurate information and motivation in a very supportive atmosphere. Optional weigh-in, body fat analysis and other health measurements are available at each session. The emphasis has remained on truly caring about each person and his/her success.
Personal Coaching sessions are now offered, providing a premium service in which the coaching, information, support, and motivational techniques are tailored to each individual

Business Owner
Barb was overweight much of her life. Her first diet was from a doctor at age 9. «Then, I tried the vinegar diet, no-carbs, menu plans, diet candies, and other trendy diets. A typical a yo-yo dieter.» Barb went on to college; headed for an education in nutrition. She wanted to help others improve their health by learning to eat well. «After obtaining all that knowledge, I should have known how to become healthy and svelte myself. It was easy for me to motivate, guide and encourage others to achieve their wellness goals, but much harder to helping myself.» Over time, Barb found that she needed support from others going through their own eating challenges. She finally landed on an approach that helped her maintain a 50-lb. weight loss and better overall health for over 20 years– a wellness program she now teaches others.
