History

Established in 2013.

I discovered reflexology when I found myself undergoing several invasive tests and procedures to diagnose a health condition. Through reflexology I became not only more in-​tune with my body’s imbalance, but I also experienced the relaxing and rejuvenating effects of the practice. As a result, I became passionate about sharing the positive effects of reflexology with others.

I have been practicing reflexology since 2010, and became ARCB certified in 2014.

I am an ARCB (American Reflexology Certification Board) certified reflexologist and a registered nurse with over 40 years of combined nursing experience in College Health, Dialysis, Oncology, and Home Care.

It is my mission to help people alleviate their everyday stress through the practice of reflexology. I am committed to teaching, encouraging, and empowering you to be well with reflexology as you tread your path.
