Sleep Inn

Stayed here 6÷5÷16. Rooms are updated and most all clean. Pet friendly only 10.00. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms had a fridge mic. coffee maker and an awesome shower. Breakfast lobby was clean and neat, plenty to eat. Next to a truck stop was not a problem slept like a baby. Price was a good deal for what you got. If passing through Ogden I would stay here again. Traveling cross country with a dog can be tricky — often you have to sacrifice cleanliness to have the fur baby. After 2,000 plus miles this was such a pleasant surprise. The bed was amazing comfortable, friendly staff and I felt safe walking the beast at night despite the truck stop being close. Waking up to complimentary coffee and breakfast is pretty spectacular as well– penny and I enjoyed hard boiled eggs with mountain views on one of their picnic tables outside.

Not very good. They charge lots of money for a subpar room. The bathroom fan didnt work. The front desk person was rude. They put us next to a laundry room. The chair in the room is broken. Despite the clean appearance.. it smelled funny and the room was like a furnace when we arrived. Not worth the money!

Rude jerk Dale the Manager. I want so bad to put a potato up his tail pipe. I was not told about the cancellation policy and it is nowhere to be found on the website. When I asked to cancel he told me I was going to have to pay. I explained I had not been told about the Cxl policy and he said, «Every hotel in America has the same policy. If you don’t know about it, it’s not my problem.» WTF. Nobody working in a customer service based job should ever have such a poor attitude. I called my bank and filed a grievance and I am calling HQ tomorrow to report Dale the Jerk.

At first sight the place looks clean and inviting, but after staying a night we encountered multiple issues.
First the front desk staff was unable to correct our choice member rate provided on our app versus what he charged us (which was $ 10 more). Fine. No big deal. Especially because this hotel offers great nightly rates and completely reasonable pet fees ($ 10). Also lots of green space to walk the dog behind the building.
Upon entering the room, again everything looked clean, aside from the mild stale smell. And it was clean. Deducting stars for the awkward placement of items (i.e. refrigerator) making it inconvenient to maneuver around the room. In addition, one of the lamps didn’t work and the toilet was leaking to the point that the bathroom floor was almost flooded.
Complained to the front desk and they immediately switched us rooms. At which point they corrected our charges. Wonderful!
Next room also had a mild stale smell, and although no leaking toilet, a clogged sink. Since I was only staying one night I didn’t complain about this. Just added to the list.
Regardless, compared to other prices in the area I would stay just for the great rates and pet friendliness. Beautiful area in general with great views. Lots of nearby restaurants.

We recently traveled to Colorado through Ogden, UT and stopped at this hotel both coming and going home. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and close to freeways and Pilot Travel Center.
The breakfast was also very good, I would recommend this hotel for your next visit to this area.

I like this hotel so clean? You want sleep like babe? Here i recommended this one close to freeway truck stop pilot new carpet, bathrooms, TV etc..

checked in last night. Had small square couch pillows. couldent sleep .felt spring in mattress. showed off on how nice it looked but not very good on blankets and pillows small beds

Completely renovated! I picked this place because it was right off the highway and has parking for our Penske and our towed car and we didn’t have to drive into a city. I saw all of these old photos of it online but we got here and it’s completely renovated. What a fantastic surprise. It’s beautiful. New carpet, flat panel televisions, new sheets, new paint. They need to get some new pictures on Unilocal.Completely pet friendly for our cats. The restaurant on the front of the property seems pretty sketchy, we ordered pizza. Everything else has been great.

This is an updated and renovated hotel. My room is clean and inviting. If you are a weary road traveler and need a good bed and a nice place to sleep before the next mornings road march I suggest you try here.
I would come here again.

The room size and layout of the room are the standard for the old style Sleep Inn’s, but this hotel has updated the rooms, so it was much nicer. The staff is friendly and wants to make sure your stay is a good one. The breakfast is better than most Sleep Inn’s with sausage, biscuits & gravy and hard boiled eggs. It also has a nice pastry selection. The beds seem newer and are very comfortable. It was a good deal for the price, I will stay here again.

Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Beds are smaller than they should be and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable.

After a long 14hr drive we needed a place to freshen up and grab some sleep before hitting the road again, this place served us perfectly. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, quiet and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised considering all we were looking for was a few hours sleep, departing at 2am. I have to give extra kudos for the shower, it is hands down one of the biggest showers I have ever seen, its like a big Fiberglass Pod and GREAT water pressure.
The hotel is located right off the freeway and across the street from a Pilot Travel Center which proved to be very convenient for a quick meal, coffee and refuel.

I’ve stayed in hostels in Europe that were nicer than this joint, but I knew going into this reservation that you get what you pay for. We didn’t need a Hilton, we needed a pet-​friendly hotel with easy highway access for a very quick sleep during our road trip from Denver to N. Idaho.
Pros:
— Pets are allowed for an additional $ 10 per dog.
— Continental breakfast (bagels, yogurt, fruit) is offered and begins at 6am.
— The shower had good water pressure.
Cons:
— Our pet friendly room reeked of urine.
— Located right next to a truck stop /​gas station.
— The carpet had a serious eww (!) factor and the entire hotel had a dingy quality.
— The A/​C unit only kinda worked.
— The pillows were short and squat and the beds were rather uncomfortable.
Can’t say that we’ll return, but if you found yourself in a serious pinch and had your furry friends traveling with you, we survived the night.

So, when you book a $ 60 room, same day, during a snow storm, you sort of know what you’re getting into. It wasn’t anything fancy, for sure. I have found that Sleep Inns tend not to have bath tubs– this place was no exception. The whole place just seemed a little bit run down, and the room I booked just seemed… used. Clean enough, but the carpet seemed to need replacing. The walls were thin and the heating unit pretty loud. The bed was servicably comfortable, but I still got a terrible night’s sleep.
Breakfast in the morning was nothing to write home about. However, one thing I appreciate about Sleep Inn breakfasts is that they actually have some PROTEIN to keep you full! They had biscuits with sausage gravy in a crock pot and hard boiled eggs.
Overall, for a place to rest my head for $ 60, I shouldn’t be complaining. But if given the choice, I’d pick somewhere else to stay next time.

9pm, no more than 10 cars in the lot and «rooms with 2 smaller beds is all we have.» Ok I can deal with that. Then I walked into the room to be greeted by some weird cloudy mist covering the whole room that smelled like a dirty taxi cab. Ok, no big deal. Then my remote literally did not have batteries in it. So I call the front desk and the man who barely spoke english thought I was trying to say it just wouldn’t work. He had to walk up to my room in order for me to explain that there weren’t batteries present in the remote. He then tried taking used batteries from different remotes and that didn’t work. So he had someone come and program it. Only other thing was my Ned feeling like a piece of plywood, and the bathroom was probably about 3 square feet. Besides that, pretty good.
P.S… DO NOT NOT NOT NOT STAY HERE!!! I can’t emphasize the word not enough. I literally finally confirmed my Unilocal account just to write this review.
