My guy and I are both skydivers with little/​no tunnel experience (he once had a little tunnel time several years ago in FL). We only booked a little time because I was worried that I wouldn’t like the confinement of the tunnel walls. The iFly coaches are amazing. They were animated and entertaining — showing us how to fly better without making us feel like we were total idiots. We had such a good time that we booked more!
I think my favorite thing was watching a whole class of preschoolers standing in the tunnel feeling the wind — such happy faces! You can fly in the tunnel as young as 3 yrs old. We watched many groups flying for the first time and all of them came out smiling. Definitely a fun trip and great people to learn from!

Don’t be dissuaded by the idea of only 2 minutes off the ground. This is a thrilling experience for all ages and feels much, much longer than minutes!

Life experience for our kids and us. Totally fun but a bit pricey.$ 235 for four of us.

Took my 11-​year-​old here for his birthday. $ 55 for a couple of minutes of flying? My first thought: «That seems spendy,» but that’s the budget for birthdays in my family and he wanted it, so oh well. Turns out it was totally worth it, and all I did was watch and laugh. The instructor was super friendly and made my son feel at ease; even though the wind tunnel looked scary to me I didn’t worry about his safety for a second. There were two other kids and an adult in his group and they (and their families) were having as much of a blast as we were. Definitely go and give it a try!

We are very lucky to live so close to an indoor tunnel! I went here for some practice before a skydiving jump, as I had to master some manuevers and wanted more confidence before the actual jump. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, they had great advice and corrective actions for me to try.
If you’re practicing for a jump, the price is a bit different (lower) than just going in and having fun in the tunnel, it’s enjoyable either way!
Since they lend you a helmet for the tunnel, I was happy to actually see them being disinfected after each use.
If you need additional coaching, your skydiving instructor can meet you there and help guide you in the tunnel, too.
If you want to experience what skydiving would be like but don’t want do it, this is for you. If you need practice or want to freshen up on your skills for a jump, this is beyond necessary!

This place is so cool. It really is like you are flying through the air. I love to watch people fly up and down in their weird suits. I definitely reccomend this place for families that need something fun to do.

iFly is a lot of fun! Ever since I heard about indoor skydiving I’ve wanted to try it. So when I saw a Groupon pop-​up for it, I jumped at the opportunity.
After a brief demonstration video and some couching from the flight instructor, you suit up and make your way to the wind tunnel. Skydiving or flying in the wind tunnel is tricky and definitely takes some effort to get used to it. It was difficult to master the technique. The best part was when the flight instructor takes you for a flight up and down the wind tunnel, zooming high up and then dropping back down. It was awesome!
iFly is kind of expensive, but it’s safe and a heck of a lot of fun!

I’ve always wanted to skydive, and Indoor skydiving kicks a**! It’s the cheaper, safer way to get that free fall feeling than jumping out of a plane. It’s amazing and surprisingly it’s a total body workout!
It’s best to schedule your appointment in advance, so you don’t have a long wait. When you arrive they’ll gear you up in a silly looking flight suit and helmet, then they’ll seat you down to watch a short instructional video on how to position your body. From there you’re taken one at a time into a vertical wind tunnel, that will literally have you flying! You’ll take turns with the instructor, 2 minutes at a time, which may not sound like a lot but it’s physically taxing, by the end of 2 minutes you’ll be ready for a break.
I flew up pretty high, to the point that I was scared as to how I was going to get back down, but the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided me on how to position my body to fall slowly. It was quite a rush!
We purchased the video package so we could have a keepsake of our first skydiving adventure. It was worth the extra expense to see what we looked like since we couldn’t very well take any pictures. They also offer specials and deals for return visits, which is cool because I’d love to come back and do this again!
Note: there are weight limits (can’t be over 220 lbs.), no jewelry, and you must have shoes with laces.

Had a BLAST! The staff is so fun and amazing. If you get Jake he is the best :) Don’t get nervous they are with you the whole time.
First when you get there you have to fill out a waver (just saying your age and info) afterword you go into a room and watch an old school video on how you should lay your arms and legs. After you get a locker to put jewelry, phone, coat or any lose items. (So IFY don’t where ANY jewelry rings necklaces or anything you will be asked to take them off)
Then you get suited up with a full body cover, helmet, goggles and ear plugs. Also were tight shoes; not steal toe boats or flip flops they will make you wear the shoes they have there if you don’t. Then you all go into a chamber and one by one you each take a turn in the Ifly. Just remember RELAX they are there to make sure your are safe and HAVE FUN! It’s worth it, trust me!

Wow! What can I say. Sky-​diving inside. For about $ 50 you get two 2 minute sessions with an instructor, who keeps you out of trouble in a vertical wind tunnel. I watched both the kids go in, fly up about 25 feet and back down again, under the control of the instructor. Very professional, very well organized.

I had something else in mind when I heard about this place. But it was way funner then I thought it would be. Easy instructions to understand. And once your in its a lot of fun. I can definitely see doing this again.

This place is so much fun! I have always wanted to go! I am 13 years old. I heard about iFly at Universal Studios in hollywood. I didn’t want to go because it was expensive, and it looked like a moon bounce (no joke!). When I found out that there is an iFly near my hotel (15 minutes away), I got so happy. Dusty was an awesome instructor. The lady at the desk (I don’t remember her name) was really nice as well. I had a very fun time. Dusty helped me along the way. I didn’t feel any pain at all. After I completed my first flight, I got a coupon for $ 10 a minute (minimum of 3 minutes). I used that coupon. It was so awesome. I also bought a flight dvd. My second flight I wanted a dvd and i got it for free. I love this place. This is so fun. Everyone here is extremely nice and personal. I would love to come back again.

Had a great time learning to fly — went for my birthday and had a blast!

This place is SO MUCH FUN! I was looking to do something adventurous, but nothing too insane. IFLY fit that search perfectly! They have you suit up in an ugly flying squirrel looking suit after you complete your little 5 minute training class. You must wear shoes with laces and have no jewelry in. They give you a helmet, protective goggles, and earplugs to wear along with your suit. The tunnel is so loud that you can hear it in the parking lot, so the earplugs are a must. It feels amazing to be «flying» but you must have back strength. The whole time your body is in a funny position, and it takes a toll on your muscles. I always leave there in pain, but it is 100 000% worth it. Your first visit is expensive, but after that it gets cheaper. Your first time costs $ 50 for two minutes of fly time and training. After your first two minutes of flying it is $ 10 a minute. I’ve spent about 10 minutes in the tube. Luckily, they break up your minutes so you can get the hang of things and not waste your time. Everyone here is super nice and personable. This is a great experience for all ages. Kids as young as 3 can participate.
