Established in 2014.

Design2Brew is Missouri’s ONLY fully licensed On Premise retail wine making, brewing center and supply super store. Customers can schedule one of our many classes, purchase supplies and equipment to make make beer, wine, mead or cider at home or you can brew your own craft beer or fine wine up to 22% alcohol right in our store. Our knowledgeable team of Brew Mentors are here to assist you.

Our O’Fallon (St Charles County) retail supply store is stocked with the best selection of beer making kits, wine making kits, brewing ingredients and equipment in the region. In our 3,000 square foot showroom, customers will find 80+ different malts from the world’s best malters including Briess, Weyermann, Dingemans, Thomas Fawcett, Avanguard, Malters of Ireland, Gambrinus and more. Have a recipe with new or unusual hops? Our hop freezer is filled with 90 different premium quality domestic and imported (UK German, New Zealand, Australia) hops available by the ounce or the pound for any unique

Business Owner

Stephanie and Donnell are long-​time business owners of PBSI, a consulting business focusing on laboratory and project management. We got into winemaking and brewing a couple of years ago and quickly realized this was the best hobby we ever had. When the opportunity to open the first home brewing and wine making center in St Charles County came about we jumped at the chance.

We spent a lot of time researching what customers were looking for in a local home brew supply sort (LHBS) — we decided to focus the business on the freshest ingredients at fair prices consistent with online retailers. We realize today’s customers have a lot of choices — and we want to be that choice.
