I have hunted in southern Illinois all my life, and have always been interested in Taxidermy. Since my retirement I decided I would like to learn Taxidermy so I decided to go to school. I studied taxidermy at the Rinehart Institute of Taxidermy in Janesville, WI. It was all hands-on training and after several weeks I finished the program.

The training I received was a bird course, deer shoulder mount/body mount, small mammal course and a fish course. With the training I received I am able to do all aspects of taxidermy. My shop is based in the Salem — Centralia, Illinois area. Being new to the business I would love the chance to do your Taxidermy.
