This is the only park/playground that I found suitable and toddler friendly in Odessa. It is near the Odessa Regional Hospital. My daughter loves to play here. There are places to sit unlike other playgrounds/parks. Not much parking spaces, but you can park along side the street.

This was a cute little park behind Odessa Regional Medical Center. It was designed for children with special needs, but is still a nice park for little kids. There are regular swings, swings for a wheelchair, and swings that looked like a laid back chair(no seat belt though). The slides are small and the playground equipment is low to the ground.(Kids older than 5 might have more fun at another park, with higher slides and more things to climb). There is a pavilion in the center of the park. There are lots of benches to sit on and some nice trees. Overall, it was a very nice park and my kids had fun.

I would definitely give this park a five star, that is mainly if you are comparing this to the other parks around. It was just perfect for my kids 2.5 and 3.5 years old. The park was constructed or dedicated for children with special needs, so it is made very accommodating and accessible for wheel chairs, and the swings are like chairs to be secure and comforting. There are plenty of plays for the kids of different ages, pretty colorful, and the weather is best after 7 pm, beware of the mosquitos though there are quite a few to bite you over there!
