Complex Community Credit Union

This credit union is horrible. I’ve been with them for over 2 yrs and every time I go in there it makes me want to yell «have you ever heard of customer service «?Unfriendly and unorganized. I set up a loan and drove to Dallas to get our new car. Well we waited for 2 hrs at the dealer. The loan officer had nothing done when our dealer called to finalize paperwork. We even called the the day before to let them know. She just told us the day before everything was ready. Even the car dealer said «we have never seen anything like this before «. It was embarrassing. The only reason why I stay with them is because I’m too lazy to have to change everything to a new bank. It’s such a pain with all the online accounts, local accounts and etc.

I went into Complex because I was trying to receive a loan. Right from the begining the senior loan specialist barely said a word to me & made me feel very uncomfortable because he made it seem like I was a bother to him. He didn’t even wait for me to go into his office, he yelled my name & ran off leaving me to try to find where he went.
When I sat down he didn’t even bother ro ask how I was or to introduce himself. All he asked me was what I was there for & how much I wanted. He hardly spoke to me at all the entire time I was there. He in no way what so ever was helpful & he did not even try to help me find a better solution to my issue as previous loan officers have done.
He had to get approval of the loan & when he came back he told me my only option, I proceeded to tell him that I would like to talk to my husband about it before I make any other decisions on my own & he then said «ya, uh huh, bye» and didn’t even bother to look at me.
This was absolutely the worse person I have ever dealt with. This was very horrible & was dosrespectful it made my stomache churn.
