Aladdin’s Castle Learning Center is Odessa’s finest child care facility. We proudly have been voted «Best Childcare in the Permian Basin» for 12 years. We specialize in exceptional infant and toddler care. As your child enters the preschool years, we incorporate a wonderful Scholastic curriculum into their daily teaching. Aladdin’s also provides outstanding after school care as well as summer camp. We pick up from 11 elementary schools. Parents are encouraged to come by and see what makes Aladdin’s Castle unique and different from the other Odessa schools.

History

Established in 1993.

Aladdin’s Castle opened on June 28, 1993 at its present location of 3850 N Englewood Ln. in Odessa, TX, It was founded by the late, Kathy Eicher and the current director April Terrell. Our mission from the very first dream of opening a center was to provide exceptional, above the minimum standard, care to the children of the Permian Basin. The very first day, we enrolled 43 children with a small staff of 7 since then Aladdin’s Castle has grown to its current capacity of 221 students and a recognized staff of 37 child care professionals. For the past 20 years, Aladdin’s has achieved an outstanding reputation but nevertheless is forever striving to improve the lives of the children placed in our care.

«To God be the Glory» is the resounding proclamation of director and owner, April Terrell. I have the privilege of coming to Aladdin’s Castle every day and doing something I love. I learn more and more every day in working with children. They have shaped the way I act and react around my friends and family, most especially my own two children.
