Kwik Trip

Terrible service — was wating in line to check out with my hands full of food and drink — only one clerk chatting with woman in front of me – two minutes later Lisa steps up to second register and starts tapping at the screen — looks up at me and keeps tapping — then a minute later another customer walks up and she helps him — then three more customers while I wait for mine to finish chatting — how rude of Lisa not to offer to help me – I asked my clerk for the manager — no surprise — she said there wasn’t one here today and she didn”t even know his name — if you’re in a hurry or want decent service I would definitely avoid this place.

The one across the street is way better. There has been recent construction and they have built a kwik trip across the street. And it’s on pabst farms property. And if you didn’t know, pabst farms is where some of the richer people live and they have a lot of premium stores down there. So if you are going to kwik trip go to the one across the street because it’s way nicer. And they have the same gas prices because they are the same company. As for the old one. The car wash is broken half the time and the layout of the store isn’t as nice as the new one

I don’t know why but I always feel a need to review gas stations, like they’ll hold it against me if I don’t give them a decent review, or hike up the gas price when I’m at the pump to get their revenge on me.
My husband and I frequently find ourselves out in «O-​Town,» as it happens I grew up there, and I still have family there. Every single time we make the trek out, this KT has to be our «stop on the way out of town.» It usually finds me filling my gas tank, or my husband gets hungry and needs something to «eat for the road» (’cause it’s a long way back to Tosa, of course). I usually wind up picking up my Mallo Cups — a rare treat that I savor from KT. For some reason Mallo Cups are only found in random gas stations and weird old lady stores. At least the ones I get from this particular KT aren’t all squished and crappy.
–1 stars because this place is ALWAYS busy and we often have to wait in line to get to the gas pump. Another –1 star because when I need to wash my hands from pumping gas, the ladies’ room is kinda gross.
+3 stars for the Mallo Cups and friendly staff.
