Awful!!! We spent close $ 2,000 in June of 2015 to replace all the issues this dealership told us was wrong. Beginning of December 2015 started experiencing the same «unusual issues» they found in June.
Long story short, for one wheel bearing they wanted to charge $ 500 when they only charged $ 2,000 for 4 new tires, ball Joints, alignment, brakes, calipers, and roters and wanted to change that much plus $ 120 just for running a computerized diagnostic test. I will never go there again and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Awful service, not flexible, terrible customer service!

One of the worst experiences we have had purchasing a car. dealership was not willing to negogiate and we ended up walking away wothout purchasing. Salesperson spent a lot of time in GM’s office and not once returned with a negotiated price. Solution instead of negotiations was to lease or find a car for less money. Had they negotiated the price with us we would of happily put more money down, however not a cent was offered so we kept our larger deposit and went to a different dealer. oconomowoc is a small community, when we started talking about our experience we got to hear lots of different stories from people. Would never recommend this dealership for new or used cars.

In 2012 I waited 3 hours to get in to see the sales manager to write up my purchase of an Optima. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt I returned in April 2015 to trade it in for a FORTE.
First, they tried to write up a «price» starting not even with the STICKER price on the car but several hundred dollars more.
When I challenged it they claimed that locking wheel nuts were the increase. I pointed out TWICE to them that those were already listed on the sticker and part of the price. I then indicated the pricing and sales for FORTES they were advertising on the web were not being made available to me. They seemed surprised they had an available $ 1500 discount for Forte’s at the time. Had I not been an educated consumer I would not have been offered this. I should have walked out then.
Then I proceeded to wait 3.5 hours to GIVE them my money to purchase the car.
They claimed another couple were ahead of me but it only took 20 minutes for me to do MY paperwork so the math didn’t add up.
I’ve now been waiting 9 weeks for the refund check on the extended warranty I had on my Optima. I will not return to this dealership, no offense to KIA in general.
