My kids both see Dr. Delforno and have also seen Michelle Partain who we also really liked. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Short wait times, kid friendly and straight forward explanations. My kids also love the play areas. I have asthma and am allergic to dogs so the fact that they have «no dogs» and «this is a smoke free establishment» signs outside is a plus for me. When I pulled up to the parking lot last Wednesday, I was so irritated when I saw a woman with a dog and a cigarette in her mouth, just as I was going to point the signs out to her, a security guard beat me to it and made her leave

First experience here was awful and didn’t really get any better from there. I had made an appointment just to get all my prescriptions established. I waited 40 minutes after my appt time to go in there, which didnt make sense because I don’t recall a crowd in the waiting room, maybe 1 or 2 people. When they finally took me in, I sat for another 20 minutes just waiting for the doctor so I decided to leave even though I really needed my prescription. I had another appt to get to. I opened the door to the hallway to find a ghost town. They apologized for that and tried to make up for it the second time around, which did turn out fine. I did not have to pay a co-​pay. However, most of the time when I call during open hours to make an appointment (sometimes a fairly urgent one), I get their voicemail. And when I leave a message, I never know if I’m going to get a call back. It seems like if it’s not really urgent, they don’t call back, even though I leave my name, doctor, call back number, and reason for the appt. I chose this group because of convenience but now I think it’s just more of a hassle than it’s worth.

Awesome group here. Dr. Stein has been extraordinary with my 2 boys. He’s a no nonsense type of doctor. Nothing phases him — that makes us moms much more relaxed. Many times when I’ve brought a child in with bad ear infections or some other ailments where I’m freaking out, Dr. Stein is always calm. He is open & honest, easy to talk to and always has a plan.
