Don’t waste your money! I hired them to do a move in cleaning in an empty house. Was told they would clean all appliances, vacuum, window sills, bathrooms, etc. When I came in, the house didn’t look any different. I literally picked up clumps of dog hair off the carpets from the previous owners. They had not even vacuumed my carpets! My appliances weren’t even touched, hard water stains still covered my fridge. Window sills looked like they had been wiped with a wet paper towel. I wiped them down with a Mr. Clean scrubber & they whitened right up. I basically am having to pay a $ 200 somethin bill for doing my own cleaning. Jay did call & apologize & decreased the bill, but not even by 50%. Highly disappointed, especially when I’m used to an incredible cleaning crew that was very detailed at my last home. Unfortunately they didn’t do San Diego county, otherwise I would have brought them with me. Seriously, trusted cleaning has a terrible cleaning crew!

Maybe I just have high standards!!! I hired Trusted Cleaning to clean my new home that we had yet to have moved into. After showing the girl what areas I wanted her to focus on (kitchen, blinds, fireplace, etc.) and told «if there is time» she’d get to the windows (which was included on my signed contract) I was terribly disappointed to arrive at 2pm and not only was she gone, but the shower was not clean, cabinets were not whipped out, etc… I could go on. Jay, the owner (?) did come back and finish her job and the quality was much better.
Wouldn’t recommend them for a person like myself who is detail oriented and just wants what they ask for. I am also STILL waiting on an invoice for bill payment. The job was done 1 week ago!!!

These guys are great! I have used them for regular cleaning, deep cleanings, and a move out clean. All the jobs were done at the highest level of quality. Their prices are fair too. Not bargain basement, but the job they do is BETTER. Worth the money. They also have lots of options and will work with whatever budget you have.

Amazing! I called because we had just moved into a newly remodeled house and it had so much dust it was making us very allergic. I specified what I needed to Jay, the owner, and he made sure the cleaners cleaned every nook and cranny. He sent John and Tanya and they were professional, personable, and above all else, they did an outstanding job making sure we were rid of all the dust and debris that caused our family to be sneezing since we have moved in. I highly recommend them because they are a small business in our community and they truly have upstanding customer service.

Fantastic personal and professional service! They always clean my house thoroughly and more quickly than I expect and clean things other companies miss, and the pricing is very reasonable.
One of my favorite things: I often work from home, and sometimes I have to be there working while they clean. Most companies don’t want you there or make you feel awkward if you are home when they’re cleaning, but Trusted’s staff are always friendly, respectful and unobtrusive if I have to be there. They just tell me what rooms they’re working on and what they’re done with so I can stay out of their way.
They do such a good job it motivates me to keep my place clean between services. But it’s been awesome to not have to scrub a bathroom floor for the last 6 months!

We have used trusted cleaning services over the past few months. Initially we were only getting our house cleaned 1x/​month, but we have so enjoyed coming home to a clean house that we recently stepped it up to every 2 weeks. The quality of the work is top notch. If there is an issue they listen and take care of it. We really feel good about the people they send over, so we are comfortable leaving the house and allowing them to do there thing. They are bonded & insured so that makes me feel good to. I Highly recommend you use trusted cleaning services,

Trusted cleaning services does an awesome job. I actually came across them working in a home of one of my friends, and I couldn’t believe how clean it was. I met Patricia and Jay there, who were cleaning the place, and was actually floored at how inexpensive the cleaning was for the work that they did.
My first recommendation to them is to raise their prices!!! It’s too good at this rate.
We’ve used other cleaners before for a bi-​monthly clean, and they always had issues. I’ve really got confidence in Trusted Cleaning Services. They do a great job, are professional, and get my house C-​L-​E-​A-​N!
I actually used them for my wife’s birthday (12−19−11) and I will keep using them.
