would love to give this place a good review, but being since everytime I call no one answers nor returns my messages I can’t. I have had my groupon since november and would love to use it, but based upon the other reviews it looks like I may need to get in contact with groupon and receive a refund as well…

TO THOSE WHO BOUGHT A GROUPON DEAL: Did anyone actually get their windows tinted from this guy??? I talked to Will back in November to get more information before I bought the Groupon deal. I finally had the time to get my windows done so I left him a message in early February and we texted back and forth and he confirmed an appointment for 2⁄23. He said he’d call me on 2⁄22 to confirm our appointment, but he never called. I sent him a couple of texts this past Friday and Saturday, but they went unanswered. I’ve complained to Groupon and am asking for a refund…

I had the same problem as the 2nd Groupon purchaser. I called several times and never received a call back. I have since received a refund from Groupon.

I also purchased a groupon as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. Scheduled an appintment… no call no show… I called all morning to find out what was going on… finally talked to someone… was told we could reschedule at a later time and he would call back to confirm… still no call and no show.
Cancelled the groupon. Not a very professional way to handle your business!

Will is the man! He did an amazing job on my car and is extremely skilled and experienced when it comes to window tinting. Will is very popular, which makes him quite busy and sometimes hard to track down. If you have the time, you must have Will tint your windows!

«DO NOT USE» in a nut shell. I bought a coupon thought
and spoke to someone (I forget their name now) about setting up an appointment which I did. I inquired about having the work done on Sunday if my original appointment didn’t work out. I was given a number to text with my hotel details as I was traveling to SD for Thanksgiving. Sent my info and asked to change my appointment to Sunday. NO REPLY. Called their office number several times and left messages asking for someone to call me. NOTHING.
My original appointment time came and went NO SHOW. Sunday came and went NO SHOW. Bottom line they are unprofessional and obviously do not want to do business. Your warned good luck!

I called before i bought a groupon to make sure i knew what i was buying.
Will talked to me for a good amount of time and gave me good info on other types of window tint.
I bought the groupon and called back, made an appointment, everything was good
The day came, i get no phone call, no one shows.
I call to check whats going on, no answer. I call back later twice, and i get hung up on both times after someone says hello.
I called back the next day, still no answer.
This is not how any business should be run, and im returning my groupon.

Best place to get your tint from with down to earth people! Talk to Will, he is the one who tinted my windows and did a great job on my BMW. We had conflicting schedules, so he accommodated to work around mine.
He take real pride in his work and does a great job!
Don’t forget it takes a few days for bubbles to get out of your film. I waited a couple of weeks to write my review because I wanted to make sure that my windows truly did come out great, and THEY DID!
Thanks again, I would recommend this place to anyone I knew!
*EDIT* I heard this guy ran a groupon… and didnt follow through. When I originally had my tint done he did a great job. Im sorry to hear that other people didn’t get the same service.
