Err… Had an awkward situation with an employee. I came in for weight gain powder as an underweight person and asked for help. The employee said «You want to GAIN weight? I wish I had that problem!» to which I kind of said «heh uh yeah its not so great actually» and the employee went to on keep saying «just like, eat a lot! Eat pizza and stuff!» acting very puzzled as to why I had a weight gain problem which is kinda private yknow I didn’t feel like explaining my eating disorder but I felt very embarrassed and as someone who has suffered from underweight issues my whole life and being worked up by doctors and seeing a nutritionist and therapist, I didn’t come to the vitamin Shoppe to be told to «just try eating more», I was expecting professional advice on weight gain supplements. The main reason I didn’t purchase anything was bc all of the weight gain powders came in huuge jugs and I wanted a smaller one, which I will look for on the internet.
