Authentic Greek Cusine that tastes like your mom used to make. We are an established business in the Oceanside area for 35 years. We offer casual sit down dining and takeout. Some of our best sellers include our Gyros, Humus, Greek Salads and ethnic dishes like Moussaka.

History

Established in 1978.

Our restaurant was established over 37 years ago. We have owned the restaurant for the past 12 years. We have an excellent authentic Greek menu and a loyal customer following. We are open six days a week for dinner and we offer takeout, delivery and private party catering. We are currently under a full renovation and we anticipate to be reopen in the next 30 to 45 days. We will be completely modern with our old world Greek specialty dishes that we are known for. Chef and owner Louie Demos will be there to bring these dishes to all our existing and new customers.

Business Owner

Chef and owner Louie Demos has a 20+ years of experience in the restaurant business. Prior to purchasing the Taste of Greece he was a business owner of a specialty ice cream, chocolates and gift baskets store. He came to the Taste of Greece as a waiter and worked along side the previous owner to learn the business. He soon purchased the restaurant and has added several delicious items to the menu, offered delivery services and opened the restaurant on Sundays for private parties.
