This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They promised me 2 rooms and food and gambling money and a show etc just for showing up and sitting through the presentation. I checked in the room and showed up and they refused to let me in as my wife wasn’t present l. They never said we both had to be present for the meeting. The manager even went as far as yelling at me insinuating that I was lying but she couldn’t prove it as she wasn’t the one who called and interviewed me and recorded the conversation.
My wife and I are on ssi and only make 10 thousamd a year total. They knew that when they made the reservation. They waisted my time and charged me for the rooms. My wife is in a mental hospital and rarely is let out as, she disappears for weeks.
These people don’t have feelings. They are only interested on your money

My sister and I went to the presentation, and promised a trip to San Francisco, Las Vegas, whichever we chose if we listened for 1 to 2 hours, which we did. We were impressed with what they offered so we put down a 1000.00 deposit on my AMEX card. Then we talked about it and decided we are both in our late 60, s and we decided that we probably wouldn’t be able to use it and our children did not want to participate in the purchase, so the very next day I called them to cancel and they had me write a letter stating so and return all the free goodies we received, which I did that very day. They said I would receive a check the next week, as they couldn’t put it back on my card even if I drove there and gave it to them. Well, five weeks later and still no check. they promise every week when I call that it will be put in the mail the next Monday. In the meantime I am paying imterest on my card. Also, the free trip? What a joke. They choose the days and the place you stay, neither which was a convenient time nor place. Live and Learn… nothing is free in life afterall.

STAY AWAY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WONT GET ANYTHING, BUT A FREE CRAPY TRIP.
We bought our timeshare in November of 2013 and were very excited, we thought it was too good to be true and unfortunately if it is too good to be true there’s always something wrong. We were promised 90 days In our contract and verbal. When it came time for us to get our timeshare, we received nothing in the mail, some time went by and nothing. No phone call from SD TLC nothing! We called many times and were told too many times that we would have our timeshare on this date around this time and we never did and never received a phone call, we had to call and inquire. It is now almost June and we still have not received it and they are not helping us, we paid $ 4,000 that they just took from us. We have called RCI and the place where we purchased our timeshare in full BtW and no one has heard or has on record that we bought. Bad company, go get the free trip, waste their time and leave.

SCAM!!! Just changed my 5 star review to a 1 star. I bought my time share 6 months ago and still haven’t received it yet. They promised I would have it in 3. They have been giving me the run around for 3 months. Now they are not taking my calls, not returning my calls. Hong my contact has repeatedly blown me off. They promise a full refund when you buy. Don’t believe them. As soon as I mentioned a refund that haven’t taken any of my calls. They will try and toy with your emotions, try and make you feel bad about yourself so you will buy. Be careful. Also when I called RCI, the actual timeshare company to see if we could get any help on their end all we kept getting was transfers to one person to the other and our end result was nowhere but a voicemail to hopefully the right person who has yet to call us back. And just so everyone on here knows there is 7 reviews before this one and one is Bob who is partial owner of the company and the other is Hons wife so don’t take those into consideration.

This was our first time learning about timeshares. They are very informative and friendly. We didn’t buy only because we never like to jump in before doing all of the research. But it sounds like a great company to buy a timeshare with. The only thing that worried us is that they had a special that was half the price with more points which lead us to believe that we could find a better deal. If you have the money to buy, it’s a great idea.

My husband and I were called by SD TLC Resorts to attend a timeshare presentation.
My husband didn’t want to go. We had been on one of those things years ago. We were promised a free trip to San Francisco for attending the presentation.
We showed up at our scheduled time and were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so nice; there was no high pressure sales tactics; and they really had something great to offer.
We have a new outlook on timeshare and are happy to be a part of RCI.
We would only get a timeshare through SD TLC Resorts.
Their foreclosed prices were amazing! My husband is glad I took the call.
San Francisco here we come!

Went to this timeshare presentation because they offered me a free trip if I came. I picked cabo. I was expecting some b/​s and super pressure situation but was completely wrong. Everyone was friendly and cool. I didn’t buy anything but they still gave me my voucher for cabo. Tim the guy that tried to sell me timeshare was super nice and kind. I hope he sold the next group. I would recommend someone to go and actually buy.
