Our Border collie Marshall has been going to stephanie for 4 years since he was 4months old. she is very comfortable and sweet to him. He loves to go get his bath on the regular and I have noticed over the years he had grown attached with his monthly.. Sometimes bi weekly visits. he always greets me with a smile and wagging tail… I would highly recommend her for a life long groomer she also carries the food we feed him Taste of the Wild. which conveniently her shop is 15 minutes closer than any other shops that carrie it. Thank you stephanie you are the best

I really like this place. I cannot say enough nice things about Stephanie, the owner. She is kind, professional and knows what she is doing. Max, my dog always walks out of there looking like a million dollars.
Once he really needed grooming in a hurry and Stephanie was booked. She offered to come in 1 hour earlier just to take care of him.
Now, that is great customer service. Highly recommended.

Stephanie is an excellent groomer! She shaved down our yellow lab with the perfect summer cut! No nick marks, and she did it in far less time than our normal groomer. We are visiting from out of town & sure wish we had a Stephanie where we lived. Easy parking, reasonable prices, & returned my call when I left a message. We will be back next year!!! Thank You.

Stephanie had groomed my dog at least 3 times previous and I was very satisfied. I guess maybe she was tired of grooming him since his hair is so curly. She told me he was matted the last time I brought him but I told her I combed him for 45 minutes previous to bringing him. She told me she may have to shave him and had said that in the past regarding my friends dog but cut her short only and she was very matted. Photos are shown of before and after. Niko is his name. She shaved his entire body including his legs and burned him — worst spot shown. Stephanie told me she has no time to comb out dogs and also her Mastiff was out free and all other dogs were kenneled. She returned my money and told me that I would probably be happier elsewhere and never said she was sorry for burning my dog. She also cut my neighbor’s poodle which I didn’t know until after this happened. Beware!

I am happy and satisfied with the work Stephanie did for my two lovers. I differently will be coming back. It was a rough first time being late then Leo pooped in the lobby. Sorry Stephanie. Hopefully next time things will be better. Great work! Thanks for your service.

This is the second time I’ve brought my pups in to get groomed here and she did a GREAT job again. This time I had her shave my little pomeranian down for the summer and he looks like he did 6 years ago when he was a puppy XD so cute! Oh and I’m always impressed with how well she clips their nails down. No more click-​clack on the floors at home.

Well today the kids had their first grooming and we already make the next.
First time they were not eager to leave a grooming place.

Hot Diggity Dog!!! I love this place!!! I have taken my two yorkies here for a little but over a year now. I am never disappointed and they always look so adorable when they come out because trust me sometimes they look a hot mess prior haha! I like the choice of organic products they use and they cute bandanas they place on your pet after adds that extra charm to their cute faces!!! Prices are awesome and customer service is on key! I trust staff here with my fur babies every time and you can too!

I never took my dog to a grooming shop before so I went to Paws for Style to see how much it would cost, how long it takes and what they do.
We were very well received and I got all my questions answered. The only problem was: It was booked until at least a week!
So she said, I will come in at 9am so you don’t have to wait for a week. Ignore the 10am sign and just knock on the door.
This is excellent service. You can feel the love and passion for dogs there.

Stephanie is GROOMING GOD! A bit delayed on the review but nonetheless the feeling of satisfaction remains! I am the happiest pup ever! I couldn’t see cause my hair was covering my eyes and Stephanie trimmed me up all nice and even made me smell like blueberries! I couldn’t stop checking myself out in the mirror! I don’t know how she does it — it’s magic! Thank YOU! I will be seeing you regularly!

The only place I take my pug Isabel. Stephaine always takes good care of her and Isabel is always so happy when I go to pick her up. I have never had a problem. Isabel is always shedding and with one shampoo she has yet to shed anything! Which is awesome to me since it’s so annoying always having to waste money on a lint roll because her hairs gets on all of my clothes. She also clips her nails good which I can’t do it myself because Isabel is always so fussy :/​but overall love this place!!!

Stephanie really is as good as it gets! I have a jack russell/​bichon mix with very curly easily matted hair. I have been to groomers all over North County and they always just buzz her to her skin and she looks awful until her fur grows out a little.
I thought the Unilocal reviews for Paws4Style were too good to be true, but I am happy to report Stephanie did an unbelievable job at a great price! She even got my pup’s signature mohawk perfect! We will absolutely be back and I will recommend Paws4Style to all of my dog-​loving friends.

A good groomer is SO hard to find. We tried Dippity Dog, then another groomer in Oceanside (who was actually very good as well, but sadly passed away unexpectedly), and finally, through the guidance of other Unilocalers… we found Stephanie. We take our Schnauzer/​Terrier mix here every other month, and he always looks and smells so good. AND he gets a cute bandana to match his handsome face! Not only that, she’s affordable as well. Only thing, must book at least 1 – 2 weeks in advance, because she has a lot of regulars that pamper their pooches.

Awesome service and price! My boyfriend and I have a pinnypoo and a staffy mix. Both needed a nail trim since they refuse to let me do it haha. Kaya, the pinnypoo was looking a bit unkempt and Tank sheds like a beast! We had Stephanie trim Kaya but leave her mohawk and do a «shed less» treatment for Tank. When we came to pick them up they were so soft, smelled great, and Kaya’s cut was too cute! I haven’t gotten either groomed in a while because it’s usually so expensive! Both dogs were only $ 80! The one time I went somewhere else it was that alone for Kaya and they didn’t even do her anal glands or trim her up. Safe to say we are very impressed and will definitely be back!!!

Awesome groomer! Is super sweet to your pet and does great work. My dogs hair comes out looking perfect every time. Only takes about 2 hours and she does the works for a low cost. Nails are cut super perfect and take a long time to grow back.

Paws for Style is magical! I have an Australian Cattle Dog who sheds like crazy, especially when summer comes around and she is getting rid of her winter coat. I brought her in for a wash and added the anti-​shed treatment. I am in awe of the results. She is so unbelievably soft and smells amazing. She was brushed out so well that when I pet her she doesn’t shed a single hair! I didn’t even know that is was possible for my dog not to shed. No one has ever groomed her so well.
Pricing is really fair, too. Actually cheaper than Petco. As if my experience couldn’t get any better, when I picked up my clean and happy dog she was wearing a cute pink bandanna. Love this place!

I can’t say enough great things about Stephanie. I recently moved to Oceanside and found Paws for Style on Unilocal.I have a 6 year old Maltese and saw how many happy customers and Unilocal reviews Stephanie received and decided to give her a call. I was able to get an appointment within 1 week which was great.
Not only is Stephanie SO gentle and loving with my little Maltese, Max — but I can tell she takes such great care of him (because he wags his tail even when we approach her door step) He HATES the vet and trembles when he knows he is going somewhere he doesn’t like — but when we’re approaching Stephanie’s place, he is wagging his tail, excited for a haircut. When does that even happen?!
An amazing owner who works hard at what she does and does SUCH a great job — I’m a very happy customer and cannot say enough nice things about Stephanie and her thriving and wonderful business.

Another great trip to Stephanie at Paws4Style. Wanted to get Joey all fluffy and groomed in time for Easter, and Stephanie was good enough to fit me in. Score!
I dropped him off at 2.30 and Stephanie said it would be about an hour. At 3.30 my phone rang and he was ready!
The best thing about this place (aside from the fact that your pooch comes back perfectly groomed and smelling good) is that the dogs get to run around in the shop, no cages, so they aren’t hysterical when you pick them up. There are beds scattered around in case they want to lounge.
Fer sure this is my go-​to place to keep Joey lookin’ good!

I stumbled across Paws for Style while searching high and low for a groomer that deals with typically aggressive dogs. I had found other websites that had either a zero tolerance policy for snappy dogs or upcharged $ 15 or more to deal with them. My Alpha is a good dog but has been «kicked out» of the Petco-​type grooming facilities for apparently trying to bite. We had never witnessed any such behavior but took their word for it.
Alpha desperately needed a nail trim. They were getting long and snarly, and uncomfortable too, I imagined. Finally, thanks to Unilocal,I found Paws for Style. I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable and friendly woman, Stephanie I think. She assured me, «we’ll give it a go! No problem.» I asked if they muzzle, would she like me to help restrain her, or can I help in anyway? She said they only muzzle if ABSOLUTELY necessary. We booked her first Sunday morning appointment.
We were greeted warmly and I watched nervously as Stephanie «introduced herself» and led Alpha to the table where she would be clipped. She scooped Alpha up with no hesitation, and strapped her into the leashes to hold her head still. Stephanie had Alpha trimmed in less than two or three minutes and returned her to me at the front. She even got a treat for being a good girl! I was very pleased with the service and can’t wait to bring my parent’s other dogs in to see Stephanie!
