Pacific Backflow has been testing my backflow devices for 2 years now. Their prices are reasonable and they typically arrive within a couple of days after I call. They repaired one of my backflow devices that had a slow drip. The cost was less than if I had purchased the parts and done the work myself. Two thumbs up.

They have been doing my backflow testing for six or seven years now. While they have never done a repair (just the tests), I must say they are efficient and pleasant. When my last order for a test was lost in the mail, and the city was about to turn off my water, they cheerfully called the city directly, got the paperwork, and did the test within a day or so. These are nice people.

Pacific Backflow came out to test and repair my backflow device. $ 300 and the repair didn’t even last a year. The technician was inept, my husband watched him bang on our PVC while trying to loosen the cap which he could have easily damaged. He was actually turning the cap the wrong way, tightening it instead of loosening it. New technician this year but the story is the same… would not recommend a company that cannot guarantee their work.
