Medical Director and founder of New York Neurology Associates. He is Board Certified in Neurology with a subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine. Dr. Starkman is an Active Member of American Academy of Neurology, American Academy of Pain Medicine, International Spine Intervention Society, and American Society of Neuroimaging. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University Medical Center, and a Clinical Attending at Beth Israel Medical Center.
