Established in 1988.
Following an MS degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Mr. Boogay worked in environmental civil engineering research at the Navy Civil Engineering Laboratory and lead the environmental design branch of the Camp Pendleton Public Works Department. After 2 years with Applied Geosciences Inc., his current private practice has now involved environmental evaluations of over 3000 sites.
