I went to this place a few weeks back to take passport pictures i thought it was weird they take the pictures right in the lobby w. Anyway i sent them in as expedite because we are going to mexico for Christmas and sure enough us dept of state sent them back today! 12/​21/​2015 i received a letter that the pictures where not in compliance! !! I am beyond mad i just wasted my money in pictures that are not in regulation now i have no passport to go to Mexico and out of 70 some dollars on expedite fees and pictures. Don’t waste your money go to somewhere else.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. There was NO waiting and it was nice and easy. Jessica was very friendly and helpful.

Fast and easy service. The lady who works there was really nice and even with 2 other people in front of me got me in and out and no time.
Would recommend to anyone who needs a Livescan or Notary.

I found this little place thanks to Unilocal.I did a search for «live scan» and my Unilocal app lists all businesses nearby matching my search and I picked the business closest to my current location.
As far as convenience and location goes, this place is great.
But as far as professionalism goes, this place needs some stricter supervision. When I walked in, no one was there. No surveillance camera, no service bell, no one was there. I thought I was in the wrong place and I almost left. And weird too, the register and camera and scanning equipment were all out in the open like that… I looked around, no staff outdoors (not that I could easily see). So anyway, it took about two minutes for someone to finally walk in to assist me. The employee said she was outside cleaning out her car. She must have been inside her car because I didn’t see her when I drove up or when I walked in. And I looked around. She smelled like smoke, so it must have been her smoke break time. Idk. All in all, I was irked by her slow response time. I don’t think that’s good business. But the funny thing is that had there been a camera surveying the lobby and she came in from a back room, it would not have irked me because there would have been an assumption that she was doing other relevant and important work. But she came in from her car smelling like smoke. As an employer and supervisor myself, that rubs me the wrong way.
Now, the lobby and entire place of business is very small, maybe 12×12. So I can understand an employee putting a stool outside the door and getting fresh air. Or locking the door with a «will return» sign. But… To have open doors and be completely out of sight to respective customers. Thaaaaat’s not such a smart idea.
Anyway, as far as customer service goes… once she arrived, she was super friendly and I liked her. She made friendly conversation and she was very pleasant. A phone call came in repeatedly while she was helping me and she didn’t answer the phone while she was helping me. Too bad for the person calling, but nice for me ;)
She got my prints done quick and easy and I was on my way in no time. Other live scan places usually have longer waits.
If the employee had been in the lobby when I got there, this place would have gotten 4 stars in my review. Everything else was just fine.

Only good thing was there was no line to wait in. $ 71 for FBI & DOJ. Rip off!

I pulled up to the store and a little girl (est. 8 yrs) alerted me that her mom was not in the store. The girl was running around out front and saying the store is open but no one was working… Five minutes later the girl goes to the barber shop next door and gets her mother. The woman was rude and kept texting the entire time. I had to wait on her after each fingerprint because she was busy checking her messages or sending them. I was extremely annoyed by the entire experience.

I had to return to this location because my prints were not submitted the first time. When I got there at 12:15 they were closed even though there was nothing stating that they would be closed at lunch. Isn’t that when most people need to do this sort of thing? There are 3 certificates of licensed «fingerprint rollers» on the wall, you would think that one of them could cover lunch. So after I returned at 1:05 and waited 15 minutes in line (outside, because it is so small there is no room inside) she was unable to print my papers out because she was out of printer paper. This is the least professional business that I have ever encountered and will definitely not be returning.
