For over 22 years, Lindsay Duff has been designing custom spaces that are energizing, uplifting, and welcoming.

She consults with clients on every detail of their space – from the look of the exterior and landscapes, to every detail of the interior spacial layout, including flooring, paint colors, furnishings, accent pieces, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, custom doors, cabinets, and windows, etc. – to design a finished layout which will fit the intentions they have for that space.

Lindsay has experience designing homes, offices, studios, apartments, gardens, and patios. When she first views the space she is to transform, she immediately begins to visualize a finished space which energizes those who will be using or inhabiting it.

In addition to finding new colors, textures, furnishings, and fixtures, she is an expert at re-​purposing and re-​using pieces that her clients already own and love. This talent allowed her to make the most of her clients’ budgets.

History

Established in 1989.

Lindsay Duff has always had an eye for intuitive design, and she first got her start designing energetic spatial layouts when she partnered with a custom home builder. For over a decade, they would build their clients a dwelling from the ground up, and then Lindsay would design the layout and décor of both the interiors and the exterior, tailored perfectly to suit the intentions, energies, and preferences of the people who would be inhabiting it.

Now that Lindsay is located in Little Italy, she offers her intuitive design work on a consulting basis. Whether through in-​person meetings or via Skype, Lindsay can view any space and immediately visualize a brand new comforting, welcoming layout for it. She then guides her clients through the entire process of transforming their space; from picking out paint colors to re-​purposing fixtures, or whatever it takes to fit her clients’ budget and compliment their preferences and intentions.

Throughout the years I have discovered a passion for bringing positive change to the lives of others by transforming their surroundings to suit their intentions. A comfortable, welcoming space encourages relaxation and productivity, as well as a sense of community.

For 22 years I designed Custom Homes: from the look of the exterior and landscapes, to every detail of the interior spacial layout, including flooring, paint colors, furnishings, accent pieces, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, custom doors, cabinets, and windows, etc.

When I view an empty space, I can intuitively and energetically see the finished layout and design. The finished spaces I envision are energizing, uplifting, and inspirational.
