I hardly ever take the time to write a review but I felt impressed to do so this time. I called J&W based on the reviews I read and was very happy with their work. Joe was able to come out at exactly the time he stated and was able to repair our Whirlpool refrigerator. He had the needed part on his truck and had the job done within 90 minutes. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Great service. Joe came out and let me know exactly what was wrong and directed me to call and get it fixed under wArrenty. Regardless he still did a full exam of my oven and told me exactly what was wrong. He is a nice man, professional and honest.

I would highly recommend J&W Appliance for your repairs. Joe is fast, efficient, and tells me exactly what my options are. It always amazes me how fast he can diagnose a problem and get it fixed. In my case he has always had the parts that I need on his truck. Awesome! More importantly, I know I can trust him with his repair recommendations.

He came highly recommended from a friend and also several other appliance repairmen who could not get out quick enough to repair our refrigerator. He came the very next day, right when he said he would, and was very efficient. He diagnosed the issue, explained the probabilistic of success on this old unit, and had it fixed and repaired within 20 minutes of his arrival at a very fair price! He is now «our» guy! Cannot say enough good about him!
