me and my husband always come here! everyone here is super chill and if you have any issues with your set up or simply need new juice they are more than willing to help you. always busy when we’re there but it isnt an issue! just means that their the best :)

I’ve been trying to find a high end vape lounge close to Camp Pendleton. This is the kind of place where you can come in, can hang out, and know you are purchasing quality vape product and e-​liquids.
The staff is a more younger demographic. The atmosphere is geared toward a younger crowd, but I love seeing middle aged to older demographics coming in for their vape supply needs! It definitely brings diversity to the table.
What gets me the most is coming in and speaking with people who have vape knowledge. With so much to choose from and such a huge learning curve with Vaping, it’s greatly appreciated to see employees who have exquisite product knowledge.
I am pretty new to the area and by far was blown away by the cool vibes, helpful employees, and quality products. I’ve been coming here for 6 months now and am happy to support this business!

Best place in town! Haley does the best builds. Hail hydra!!! Chill place and they got tha juice!!! For dayss. Great customer service and a good place to chill.

The place is super chill, they have a huge variety of flavors, the most compared to other shops in my opinion. The atmosphere is always laid back and every worker there is awesome. Sometimes I’ll find my self hanging out instead of shopping. Great inventory, great customer service, great vibes. I would definitely recommend this place to any vaper!

Honestly the coolest staff ever, so helpful and are just cool to talk to. Great atmosphere and you feel like youre hanging out with a group of friends when you come here, great prices too! If Zach is here when you come in you’re in luck. Funny dude with extensive vape knowledge. Local legend states he was born in a cloud of vape smoke on a mountain and came down to spread the gospel. ¹⁰⁄₁₀.

Hydra is a sick place. Amazing atmosphere and has great staff. The new manager is super rad and works good with peoole. Vape Cycle loves this shop. See you soon HAIL HYDRA pew pew pew!

Okay so my husband and I have been to this shop three times. I’ll break it down for ya.
1. Our first time, we waited for almost thirty minutes before we could actually pay and leave. We tried five juices MAYBE and got a build. It was okay. Seating was so limited and one guy gave up a seat at the counter to let me sit.
2. I asked about their hex ohm mod. They gave me a great deal. It would have been my birthday present, but I already had a tattoo lined up so I had to say no. Everything went okay.
3. This is the day I decided I don’t want to come here anymore. One of the guys with a beard and red hair kept ignoring me and my husband because he was talking to a female customer. We were literally asking him questions directly and he TOTALLY ignored us. I was pissed. So we got help from the main guy at the counter. He did my build. I went home and was wondering why my mod was acting so weird. I checked my build and he didn’t screw my screws down all the way.
In short, I believe we were treated unfairly and had poor customer service over me not buying a mod and atty at a good price. I had an UNSAFE build and was ignored for some girl. I go to Z Vapor Room only.

These guys are super nice and they have a great selection of goodies and they play awesome music like my favorite band, glassJaw! This place is definitely worth checking out!

Went out of our way a bit to go in here to get 2 mods and 2 tanks last sat. the staff didn’t even say hi. After 20mins and no service I left. I was upset because we were referred a friend that said they were awesome. There was a small selection of mods (5) and about (5) tanks well. The staff seemed more interested in talking the people sitting around then helping customers and i also over heard a lot of «sorry were out of that» from the one poor guy trying buy juice and the only guy actually working in the store. We left the store went to another shop and spent $ 400 in the next shop we found. Not impressed :(

Tired of going there and being disappointed
Seems like there are always out of juices or getting rid of the companies I like. Some of the staff is great and some are… I would rather order online

Hydra is the bomb. They are extremely knowledgeable about all things vape related and super helpful. They are usually pretty busy but they always acknowledge people entering the shop. Massive selections of premium liquid. Great builds!

Wow. Really. No really! I walked in completely ready to purchase my regular e-​juice and stood there for a full 10 minutes. Not a single «hey we will be right with you» or even a head nod. Huh, I thought that businesses were about making money. Not standing around chatting it up with the tart in the white dress blowing smoke around. ***slow clap***. Good marketing plan guys. Alienate regulars and get reviews like this. My strong suggestion is to wipe your staff out and start with a clean slate of people who care about business and creating a relationship with regular clients that perpetuate your business. I can’t wait for the hamburger joint that will be going into your space once ya’ll have lost your lease

Went to this store on a Saturday, there were a half dozen or so folks on stools trying flavors and shooting the breeze. My friend and I weren’t greeted until we had walked over to the small case of mods. We asked to see their list of flavors for juices, and a binder was pushed towards us. One guy was sort of helpful, but the others were all wrapped up with their friends. The counter was cluttered with sample bottles and coil making equipment.
My friend uses a tank to vape and it took the guy a little bit to find a set up she could use to try flavors. The good emoloyee did give me cotton to rewick my own atty, so we tried flavors off of mine.
After sampling about 6 to 10 flavors, we selected a few, only 2 of which they had in stock. It was blamed on management heading down to SD for a convention, and neglecting to order before they left.
I was prepared to spend about $ 100 in new juices because they do have a huge selection of decent brands. Sadly, I managed to get one 15 ml bottle and that was it.
All in all, they need to work on customer service. If they’re going to have tons of juices to sample, they need a flavor bar and way for customers that don’t drip to sample. The location is fantastic, if they can make the best of their space.

Of all the vape shops I’ve been to, this has got to be the closest one to what I would call a «lounge». This place looks cool on the outside and in is no different. It does give off a higher quality, finer «vibe» if you know what I mean, some might want to compare this to a Nordstrom to a Macy’s for the vape shop scene and with that said, it can be a bit… stuffy. People here take their vaping seriously wheras other shops are a bit more relaxed and welcoming.
Nonetheless, this spot is pretty sick on the interior with the bar/​chairs and the wooden décor, Star Wars figurines and artwork. This is the spot to come specifically if you’re looking for oils or vape liquids and that’s what I see most people buy and this store has a bunch, and a bunch you can just pick out of a book and try for free.
They’ve got a vast selection which is nice but if you’re looking to buy mods– they’re selection is rather slim and pretty expensive in my book. I feel like you might not get the cheapest or best deal but hey they also got a rewards program so you can start racking those points.
My boyfriend comes here as his top choice from now on, since it’s right down the street and personally, I probably will too omce I get my mod. Not too shabby.

Every time I visit this place with my wife, we are treated with the highest, quality customer service. If you sit there and act socially awkward they’ll get you talking in a positive manner! There isn’t a better place within 50+ miles.

This vape shop is the best vape shop I’ve been to, they are really helpful and don’t try to scam you out of money. They let you know what’s the best and don’t just try to sell you the most expensive products they have. They’re really friendly and some of the best people work there. I will always and only come to this shop.

If you know anything about vapes, DO NOT GO HERE!
First of all, they only have 24 guage and 26 guage kanthal. NO NICHROME! What kind of vape store doesn’t at least have 22 guage kanthal.
Secondly, they treat girls in that store like they don’t know anything about vaping. I have a competition mod (yes, I do competitions) requesting the exact build I wanted, they didn’t have the wire I use and although. They talked badly about me being in there because (and I’m only assuming) I’m a female vaper.
Third, they build TERRIBLE. Their buids are not clean, they leave excess wire everywhere.
Not cool.
Like I said, if you know anything about vaping do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going here.

Friendly people, take don’t rush you to buy something that you don’t want.
I really like the fact that if you got any questions about mods, attys, juices, even builds, they will have no problem to help you out and trouble shoot if needed. It feels that all staff members know what they are doing.
If you’re looking to buy something that they carry but currently have none in stock, they will give you a call if you decide to put your name on the waiting list.
