ONE star because I can’t give ZERO. By far worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I had a gel set on which should’ve been taken off by soaking but instead they ripped them off making my real nail super thin and flimsy. I tried telling them but they ignored me. Then when I said I just wanted polish after, no gel, they still tried to give me gel but I had to tell the lady ‘please, NO’. I had three ladies. One started on me then passed me off. Then she passed me off to another lady who was BRANDNEW and had no idea what she was doing. There was left over gel on my nail from the first lady and she didn’t know how to get it off so she just tried to file it down(didn’t work). I don’t want to bash on her bc she was definitely new but it was just all terrible. And then when I went to pay for this disaster, I couldn’t get my card out and I ruin the polish. I tipped them $ 2 bc I felt as that was the right thing to do but I’m so upset. $ 22 for this nonsense. Never again will I come here. AWFUL. So highly disappointed. I went to stater brothers next door to get nail polish remover.(Please see picture)

I have been here a few times and each time they have done a great job. I have had a facial, massage, pedicure and full set and I have been very satisfied with everything. My favorite are my nails, Tammy did them, she’s amazing. Fun to talk to, fast, and really knows what she’s doing. I will continue to come here just so Tammy can do them! Thanks for a beautiful set!

Horrible service, nails and cleanliness. Went in for a nail fill and polish, she couldn’t match the color of shape of my nails. Will never waste my time or money on this location

Overpriced! They overcharge you and smile like nothing’s wrong! Yeah no. never again ! Already My fault for not Unilocaling this place first! Reviews about them overcharging and completely rude are very accurate. They spoke their foreign language the whole time! Nails did not look the way I expected, crap service, crap nails and rude employees. I will never come back here.

Ive been here before but now I see why I had not came back. Got a gel manicure and a regular pedi. Mani was mediocre and she was stingy with the polish. Very see thru if you ask me. Horrible! And when I got home I noticed I had polish all over my toes. Will not be coming Back, especially because I paid 51 bucks for crap service! Rather drive all the way to Joy Nails to get more decent service!

DONOTCOMEHERE! This is the WORST salon I’ve ever been to. It should be NO stars. First off, the lady kept burning me with the wax. Although i told her the wax was too hot. I went to get a clean up and she took half my eyebrows off! By far the worst. They don’t listen to the customer and just do what they want. Guaranteed you will leave disappointed!

They charge $ 5 extra to have your cuticles cut when you get a full set. Enough said. Not to mention $ 5 extra if you want a different shape when getting a NEW full set put on as well.(Not changing the shape, getting it for the first time.)

I literally have given this place 4 tries. The nail techs are rude. They only speak to each other and you just sit there listening to them. I’ve had good pedicures there though. They just don’t know how to shape your nails or treat their guests properly. Today I went and they just ignored me when I asked the lady that did my nails last time she said she was waiting for someone else then walked out. It’s fine if she had an appointment but no one acknowledged me so I just left and went to Happiest Nails and Spa which is way better!

I’ve been going to benefit for a while but the 20 dollars started becoming too much of an expense! Happiness Nails is a perfect substitute for benefit, the lady that did my brows not only spent a lot of time on my brows(where as some nail salon brow services are rushed) but she also trimmed and shaped them, I left the salon with little to no irritation! For 8 dollars especially I would recommend anyone on a brow budget to choose happiness nails!

I picked this nail salon on account of good reviews and suggestions. I made an appointment for a pedicure with callous removal and a full set of nails. I was told to pick colors for my toes and I did. As I was getting my pedicure the nail tech handed me a list and told me to pick. I did and she tried to upsell, which I understand but politely declined. She ended up doing the more expensive pedicure and didn’t even remove my callouses. Didn’t notice until I had left. Kim ended up doing my manicure and I was excited because the great reviews. I got coffin shaped nails and because she Wes sitting beside me some are super crooked. Also I didn’t get an option to have regular polish. She brought a sample book out of gel polish and I didn’t know there was a difference until she was almost done. So now I’m trying to add up the amount in my head and it’s not what I was quoted over the phone. She charged me to shape my nails. I’ve never heard of this. I was also asked if I wanted my toes to match my nails and I said yes not knowing it was gel and was more expensive. I was charged for my cuticles to be cleaned up and removed and I am sure that’s part of a manicure. Fast forward to being done, $ 91 total. I was expecting $ 60 tops. I am pretty upset with some of the service. They were very kind and did an overall good job, however I feel taken advantage of. Especially because the things I specifically wanted weren’t done. I’m not sure if I’d upset at my nails being so mis shaped, that my callouses weren’t removed, and that they charge for things normally included in manicure and pedicure. Also it wasn’t made clear how much they were charging for each service. I want to get some of my money back, I feel the rate I was charged was ridiculously over priced. I skipped on the accents I wanted and will do them myself. $ 10 is silly for glitter.

I look forward to coming to Happiness Nails! Lindsay is excellent at what she does! She makes my nails look gorgeous every single time, and does not try to upsell me at all. There are so many other nails salons closer to me, but the drive to this place is worth it.

I’m not a huge fan of this place but when your regular nail lady doesn’t have any openings available this is where I’ll come. This is one of those money guzzling shops! Where after countless«no thank yous» they’ll still continue to push push push for an extra design or a flower or gel or something that costs extra. I’m pretty firm in the beginning when explaining what I want done but they still ask-happens every time. There’s a ton of employees working on a Saturday so there’s hardly a wait. Prices are slightly higher compared to other shops in the area but they do have coupons available if you’re lucky. Customer service isn’t this best. The place is usually clean. They offer waxing services and do eyelash extensions I believe. I’m not going to say I won’t be back either haha.

Seriously have been coming four times and super happy every time. Nice people, laid back and if you come in on a slow day you tend to feel pampered more because they take their time more. Obviously. Love ittttttt

Ok before I start I understand happiness nails isn’t the best nail destination to go to but I still feel they should be able to paint my nails the correct way since it’s all they do… I came in to just get a manicure for my date that evening. I usually go elsewhere and get gel nails but I was in a time crunch and this location is closer to my house. After turning down about 4 add on options they started giving me a manicure. I chose a redish color and it was suggested I try a pink… if I wanted pink I would have choose that. The technique seemed fine but then the painting begun. Bubbles, uneven strokes and little fuzzy hairs left all over my hands. Then they tried to rush me out before they were dry and I messed them up trying to get my cash out of my purse to pay them. The nail lady noticed but said nothing… I will not be coming back.

Always happy every time I leave here. Close to my house and every lady I’ve seen here is always nice and does a lovely job on my nails and toes. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed here twice and I never need any reshaping, but a nice clean up and they did a great job

Awesome customer service. Rene does a perfect job on pedicures, takes her time and makes you feel so relaxed & her sister Tracy is a perfectionist with your nails. Takes her time and does exact style you want. I’m a picky person but these two are the best! worth every penny.

Love this place for its work. That’s it. It is entirely too pricy and the women are pushy when it comes to the packages offered. They charged me extra 5 dollars to «cut my cuticles on a full set when every other place I have been does not. Somehow I have also payed $ 47 dollars for a simple fill. Again too pricy, also some of the workers either pretend not to speak English or they will get a bad attitude when you ask them to correct somewhere they messed up. But my nails did come out beautiful.

Love love love this salon. The girls are very sweet and profesional. Clean and fast I can get a gel mani and a spa pedicure in a hour or less! They have fun designs as well. I drive there just for the service and quality. My gels last 2 weeks+!

Okay, I love this place. I came in needing a cheap manicure– was gonna wait another week, but I broke a nail and it was driving me NUTS. So I got my mani. The staff was very nice, and the lady did a good job. I came in a week later for a pedicure and polish change. The pedi was very nice! Then I got my polish change, and I think I dozed off in the massage chair waiting for my nails to dry lol. I went to a wedding this last weekend, and got lots of compliments on my nails. Definitely recommended!
