I was told, several times, if they don’t retrieve the data, I wouldn’t have to pay anything.
But, as it turns out, that isn’t true. I know have no data, my memory card which I wanted data retreived from will not be returned until I pay $ 175. Mr. Garcia can claim he is right to withhold my property from me until I pay, and I suppose he can do that, but then I retain my right to extremely unhappy with this service and express this to others publicly regarding, in my experience, his insensitivities to my needs during the entire process, and his failure to communicate all possible outcomes (such as this one) before the process started.
