Writing on behalf of my husband. Highly recommended and superior customer service. If you would like a quality haircut this is the place, see Miguel. The barbers do not rush and will always put their clients first.

The lady does a good cut but annoying when you wait 1−2hrs for her to get to you because she talks so much. Friendly chat here and there is nice but she stops cutting hair everytime to talk and just stands there. Either learn how to multi-task or just do your job in silence. Also she’s always working alone, it would be better if another barber came in the morning with her since its close to base and always busy.

This shop just recently went through new ownership, so the past reviews don’t necessarily apply. They take credit card, and each employee is actually an independent contractor. Ronnie cut my husband’s hair, and was a lifesaver late on a Sunday night, before my husband’s big work trip. Ronnie did a good job replicating a picture of a haircut we found online. Overall the shop is clean, and everyone is super nice and efficient.

Needed a last minute hair cut so I arrived to this place. It was in a small little plaza so parking might be bad depending on what time of day you arrive. No customers were there so I was seated immediately. Definitely loved the vibe, they were professional but at the same time just being themselves. They had VH1, finally something enjoyable on TV at a barber shop. No signs were present for pricing of the hair cuts from my recollection. Upon completion of a high fade(nothing special) I was charged 11 $ even with a discount. They did take their time trying to perfect my hair cut I do remember that. But at another barber shop, you could’ve got the same result in a faster time for almost half the price. I did enjoy their company but if you’re needing a simple hair cut, you can find a better deal else where.

Best military barber in the area. I have been coming here for ~3yrs for my medium fade and they are always consistent. Rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes. They do more than just the military haircut but that is all i have gotten. Overall, fast service and good cuts for the price.

I am giving it one star for 2 reasons. There are different barbers, which is ok, but they need to let you know what prices they charge. First… Please be up front! Second the barber only took cash and did not tell me till AFTER the cut. I then needed to use their ATM machine which charged me a $ 2.00 transaction fee, understood. mad but understood. then I noticed on my bank statement another FEE from them for $ 1.50. That was totally unacceptable! They need to be upfront with fees and rates to the customer. The cut was for my 5 year old which in the end cost me over $ 20.00. could have gone to Sharkeys for kids and had a much better experience. Make sure you ask ahead of time their rates and fees. I hope they read this and fix their policy!

I do like that they are open late, as far as the haircut goes I wasn’t very impressed for the price and I walked out wondering if I had actually just got a haircut… its hard to review a barber shop when they have different barbers, but the shop itself is nice. Im not sure why it is so hard to find barbers that can do a good clean fade.

I’ve been going here for a while now. It started because it was so close to my house and ended up being a weekly routine that I enjoy. To start, I’m in the military and I only get«military style» haircuts(not high and tight though lol). I’ve haven’t seen too many people come in on a Sunday that weren’t military. So I can’t speak intelligently about girls, kids, or «civilian» style haircuts. Now that aside, they are excellent. I frequently bring my small(25lb extremely well behaved) dog with me. She’s greeted by friendly staff and treats. They do exactly what you ask or give you good advice if you’re not sure.(«Does my hair make me look like I have big ears?» «No your big ears make you look like you have big ears.») Just kidding. Although that would be funny. I couldn’t ask for a better place to get my hair cut. Hope you have the same experience. Grips with other reviews: 1. Don’t get the straight razor if you don’t want to risk getting cut. I’ve never been cut(I do it every week), but I’m just saying… 2. They’ll talk if you want them to talk or they’ll leave you alone. I’m a talker though so I welcome the conversation vise the silent ten minutes of awkwardness. Granted sometimes you want to watch the game that’s on lol. Overall you won’t feel like your head is a canvas to an artist, you’ll feel like you’re getting your haircut. No loss of review there for me. I’m not French.

When I need a haircut or style or coif, whatever you want to call it, I want it done the way I like(I’m not going to pretend to know the how) but if it FEELS right and LOOKS good, then I’ll know. And, you will have a loyal customer. I have been looking around for a new coiffist, stylist, or barber and stopped here and just found a replacement with a sense of humor, styling ability, and common sense. What? Common sense, you say? Yeah! I like to hear about what’s going on in your life and I don’t mind talking about mine either, but if I KNOW you. Some people; you know the type, once they have you in the chair and they know you aren’t going anywhere, will talk you up and I hate that. Part of the hair experience for me is to relax and collect my thoughts, and I’m not always up for a conversation. I don’t want quick or cheap either; I just want a good style cut. Can you tell I’ve been looking for my perfect match? I digress, but Fire Mountain works for me. The owner has a dog in the shop because she was playing catch with it. That was different; but, who else would do that but one of the owners. Otherwise, my rating would’ve been 5 stars!

Quick, yes. Solid, not really… I went in for a straight razor shave and Tommy talked me up like he was a real pro. Little did I know, by the time he was done he had cut me four times. FOURTIMES!!! I looked like I had a close encounter with Wolverine from X-Men once I had walked out. Save your money on a haircut ’cause these guys apparently don’t mess that up. As for the shave, might as well do it yourself.

I have been going here for the past few years and have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I like being able to get a good cut with out being chained to the chair for a half hour.

Great barber shop, they cut fast and have great service and cuts. You can also get delectabile tootsie pops on the way out and the occasional doughnut hole. If you dont mind waiting for a really good cut, go to the back and see Tommy or Kia.
