what a scam! went to return items i bough a few days ago with their original receipt, and was only allowed a «gift card» or an exchange. never heard of a return policy that offered you only two choices, bad and worse. they take your money. also the sizes are crazy. a 5 is like a 1. done with them. bye. do not shop here unless you have money to throw away on low grade clothes that you cant even try on in the store!!! scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam!!! do not shop.

If you like cheap quality clothing and no return policy(only store credit) and NO fitting rooms then shop here. You get what you pay for. I still shop here because of the great deals though. I bought leggings/tights for $ 1 and they didn’t fit at all. Couldn’t return them because of «sanitary reasons». Be warned though the quality of the clothes is very bad. I bought a nice blouse with a necklace attached to it and when i went to go try it on in my house(because they don’t have fitting rooms or mirrors in the store lol) the cute necklace completely flew off the blouse. Frustrating because i paid 10.99 for that blouse. I could’ve went to the mall or any store and got something way better for 10.99 in the clearance section.

Just walked out of the store WITHOUT making a purchase! I’ve purchased from Fallas on several occassions in the last 3 – 4 months & rec’vd a military discount. But today, I’m told their military discount ONLY applies to AD! So, I guess MY22 yrs AD service(now a retiree), doesn’t count for crap to them anymore! — Welcome to 2016! — «Thank you for your service»…NOT! No respect for MY military time? Well, I won’t spend MY money in your store!

This is place has great prices but you definitely have to be careful about what you’re buying. The quality is not that great at all but some of it is okay. They have several sections like home and a men’s section. It kind of reminds me of Ross next door but here at Fallas the lighting isn’t that great. Ross is probably two steps up from Fallas and I’m not saying Fallas doesn’t have some good deals because they do but overall it’s not so great.

My first time in this store location last week. They have some nice bargains on clothes as well as some cheaply made ones for just throwing on when you’re just lounging at home. I picked up some toddler socks that were under a buck for a pkg of 10. I also found a top that was super cute and made well for $ 10. They have tons of housewares stuff and decors that are cheaper than Big Lots and the same stuff. Definitely will come back again and browse more since I didn’t have much time on this visit. Customer service girl was really nice. She let me know some new items that were on special and some open package items like men’s undershirts, boxers and women’s socks, etc that she couldn’t put back on the rack that were going for $.30 or less per item. The store is clean but like most bargain stores it can get a bit messy but that’s also due to the customers and the lack of employees in the store to straighten up. Like I said, I’d come back here again.

I was pulled in for the racks of super cheap shorts on display in front. I was happy to see the amount of clothing they had at super discount price. yes, there is some horrible stuff we made fun of too that you could only find in a thrift store but, it was a clothing adventure to say the least. This store has a no return policy so I do find it hard to buy without being able to try on first. Still ended up getting some new bras and couple shirts as I was willing to wing it for the price.

The clothes are decently priced but there are no dressing rooms. The clothes are cheaply made. The employees are rude!!! They have zero knowledge of the store polices. Don’t bother asking any questions they just ignore you even the manager.

Its a nice place to go if you want to find a good bargain. But make sure the associate puts everything in the bag. A few of my items were left out and when I got home I noticed. I called and the girl said I forgot it. Really? It’s your job to bag it at least show some sort of compassion. I had to drive all the way back to the store to stand in line to talk to the manager who was ringing at the time and totally dismissed the fact that they forgot to put my items in my bag. I work in retail and if a customer is mad, I try to make it right regardless of the situation. Went to Fallas to save money but ended up wasting more because of having to drive back. I realize this was an accident but at least say that your sorry and own the mistake.

Whether you’re looking for bathroom accessories, bedding, your children’s school uniforms, or work out apparel this place has it all. Plus, it’s really inexpensive. This place is a little cluttered, disorganized, and the customer service is mediocre. But it’s not a Marshalls or Nordstroms, so I wouldn’t expect too much. Overall, I would recommend to someone that knows exactly what they need and has time to look through racks/shelves.
