Brandon sent me a diagram and photos to help me solve problems with my spa… and I have called/​emailed several times and always get a response that’s clear, accurate and timely.

I can’t imagine how a company could provide better pre-​sale and post-​sale assistance than these folks. I’ve ordered practically everything I needed to get my Dimension 1 spa back to perfect working condition from them. They always make sure I have the correct part and when I have questions during installation they have the answers. On top of all that their prices are more the fair!

Brandon has been helping us with our spa repairs/​parts orders for a few years now.
I can’t say enough about how helpful he is. We ordered a part on Wed afternoon and it was delivered Thursday morning. We called with a few questions before installing our new circulation pump and he walked us through the install. After the install we had an error message come up so I called ESP but my call went to an answering machine so I hung up and figured I would call back in a few minutes but within a moment of hanging up, my phone rang and it was Brandon asking what was up. We figured out what the problem was and he said would get the part to us the next day. ESP is wonderful to work with. They can help diagnose the problem and they don’t try and sell you un-​needed parts. Several months ago our spa had completely drained itself and I was sure we burnt the motor up and our spa was shot but when I called ESP, they told me it was most likely fine and helped me find where the leak was. It was as simple as a $ 5 plug that with age had given it up. They sent the plug and the spa worked fine. I really felt that someone else would have told us the motor was shot and that would have been several hundred dollars. Thank you ESP for keeping my spa running and not draining my bank account!

I have used Easy, for at least a dozen spa parts over the years. I cannot express how well they have helped and educated me about my Dimension One Spa. Their team is so helpful and service oriented, with huge integrity. Its a pleasure to work with them.

Phenomenal people! Phil saved me so much money! He convinced me (on two separate occasions) that I can fix my own Dimension One spa. He talked me through, step by step, patiently guiding me through the diagnostic process of identifying my issue. I can’t believe how great these guys are! Where do you find such great personable service today? Unbelievable! Can’t imagine going anywhere else for all my spa needs.

Expert, professional help with your hot tub or spa repair. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make sure you get the right parts. I have talked to a couple of their employees, and I was impressed each time. Not only did they help me find the right parts, but they helped me do some trouble-​shooting to make sure that was the part I needed. They saved me over $ 300 by not selling me the part I thought I needed. WOW!

These guys are lifesavers! Both Pat and Brandon are super helpful. Especially since my hot tub is almost 20 years old! I wasn’t expecting much, but Brandon literally saved me hundreds of dollars today. He walked me through troubleshooting my issue — voila problem solved! I will always order through them for any future needs. Thanks guys!

I wanted to add my praises for this company to the list. Over the years Brandon and crew have been very helpful in keeping my spa going. The other reviews have been eloquent in their praise and I can’t top them, only agree with them wholeheartedly.

This business is a GRADE A, EXCELLENT business. The owner (Phil) is a man of high integrity. He would rather you be satisfied over making a dishonest dollar.
This sounds like a lot of exaggeration and hyperbole, but I called him for a $ 700 part and he walked me through repairing my hot tub for FREE.
Phil is what a professional would call a Subject Matter Expert. He walked me through the fix in such an intuitive manner, it was clear he is a man of experience and knowledge of spas. I felt like I knew what I was doing with his free help.
Phil is also what is refereed to as a Mensch: a person of integrity and honor.
In this world full of greedy and dishonest businesses, it is gem to find a business that is honest and fair. Easy Spa Parts is a treasure chest. Even though I have extensive management experience and education, I am sincerely taken back by how excellent this business and it’s owner is.
He has raised the bar for all business and services, in my book.

I ordered and recieved a new spa control panel. Before using it I realized that it did not need replacing as it was a fuse issue which corrected my problem. I called and was immediately advised they would gladly credit my account once they received the panel back. This was all done quickly and I appreciated their efficiency. A full credit was received. Thank you!

This is a fantastic company! They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Most recently, Brandon provided me with instructions on how to bypass the solenoids (which constantly fail) with just some minor adjustments. My repair guy was going to charge me $ 600!

Brandon in particular, will brighten your day just by talking to him. He is one of the most upbeat, positive people ever! These guys are absolutely fantastic!
Phil is beyond helpful, and he helped me enjoy the satisfaction of Doing It Myself. Troubleshooted the Flow switch and control panel, as well as, replaced the thermostat (with upgrade) and entire light fixture like a pro. Could not have done it without them.
If you have D1 spa, these guys are going to be your new best friends.
