Absolutely horrible service! First visit was suppose to be an environment cleaning from ceiling to floor. That didn’t happen. Trudy one of the cleaners wouldn’t even bend over to clean below her waist. Her partner did an okay job on the bathroom, but after their third visit he clogged the toilet. The house they are cleaning is for a disabled person. After the initial visit we had to call john back and tell him how terrible the service was. He over taljed me and brushed me off as if it didnt matter. Then i called the owrner and he even gave me the impression that he didnt care. I had them come back to clean what they missed on the first visit which alot. And even after the came back that time they still didn’t clean properly. Walls were not washed floors not cleaned properly, water deposits left on shower doors, shelves not dusted, winow sill not cleaned, kitchen cabinet doors not cleaned and most of all they were rude just like the supervisors. It is sad to see a company and there workers take advantage of a disabled person. The quality of service from this company is deplorable, and their customer service is terrible. Please stay away from their home cleaning.

I contacted Dolly Duster to have a «deep clean» of my apartment. I have been looking for a great company to come and do a thorough cleaning and perhaps turn into a bi-weekly cleaning service. A supervisor came out and did an estimate for my apartment. I agreed to what I thought was a fair price for a deep clean(their website clearly states that this includes: Furniture dusted — top, front and underneath, baseboards, picture frames dusted, Countertops and backsplash disinfected(all items removed and replaced), etc). I stayed home from work so that I could be available to let them in and also just keep an eye on the first service. The entire cleaning lasted about 90-minutes(even though I was told 2 hours). They seemed very anxious to get in and get out. They hit all of the high spots, but left so much untouched that there is no way I could call this a thorough cleaning. They did vacuum and clean the bathrooms but here were some of my observations after their departure: 1) When wiping down the countertops, items were not removed(for example, a cutting board stays on my counter with a fruit bowl. The cleaning person merely wiped«around» each item. 2) A bookshelf in our living was completely missed and not even touched for dusting. 3) The TV stand top shelf was dusted; all other shelves were not dusted. 4) Baseboards were NOT cleaned at all except a quick wipe in the kitchen. 5) Bathroom sinks were wiped and cleaned, but you could see where the rag was picked up and left the dirt/hair in the sink(the sink was not rinsed after wiping). 6) Picture frames on shelves in the bedrooms were not even touched — you can see where someone dusted in front of the frames and didn’t even move the pictures to wipe behind them. 7) During the estimate, I was told that pictures hanging on the walls would be wiped across the top; this did not happen either. The list really does go on. I realize that everyone is in a hurry, but with a «deep clean» service, I was expected so much more! Honestly, the 90-minutes that these two folks did clean, I could have accomplished in the same amount of time on a Saturday afternoon. I was hoping to have a spotless apartment. If you decide to use Dolly Duster, I would also recommend providing your own cleaning products. I was assured they would bring everything, but when they arrived, I was told they don’t have cleaner for Stainless Steel(?) and my appliances were going to look streaky. If I had be told that during the estimate, I would have bought the correct cleaner. I honestly would not recommend this company for«deep clean» services.
