This body shop has the most professional staff. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Joe who were so accommodating in helping me touch up on some scratches on my car. I appreciated how they supported the concept, «if you take care of your car, it will take care of you.» Thank you to both of them!

These guys are great! Four days after I had my car shipped to Cali, someone backed into it and I was stuck trying to find someone to fix it. Being a lease, I wanted to make sure the body shop I went to was a pro working on Fords, and Color Crafters were. I had never had to deal with a body shop before, but I called and Daniel was very informative and calmed my nerves about the whole process. Less than a week later, the repairs were done (Daniel had kept me up to date through the whole process). Being a pearlized white, my car was a hard color to match. I picked it up at night, so the lighting wasnt as great as it could have been, but I accepted the work and drove off. After I few days I realized I wasn’t happy with the color and called Daniel back to let him know. It was no problem! Daniel worked with me until the color was what I wanted it to be. I highly recommend them to anyone, as they know what the term customer service means. I’ll use them for all future body work. :) keep up the great work guys!

They did a spectacular job on our daughter’s Jetta after her car was backed into the other day. She is leaving for school this weekend so we had almost no time to get her car fixed. They promised to have it done quickly and they most certainly did. Her car looks wonderful. Thanks so much. We will be recommending this body shop to people we know.

My husband and I stumbled across these guys when the original place we were planning on bringing our car fell through. I’m glad it did. These guys are awesome. I had a nice size dent to my right fender that also broke the turn signal. It looks exactly as it when I purchased the car after these guys finished with it. Their prices are amazing, they’re extremely time efficient, give a military discount and they washed my entire car (inside and out). God willing, my car will never need auto body repair again but if it does we will definitely be coming back here.

I recently ripped apart my bumper, and was recommended by Ford to go to Color Crafters. I am so glad I did. Daniel was very helpful when I came by. He was very friendly, worked with me on the price, and really cared about my wants and needs. My handle was broken, and they fixed it for me while it was in the shop, and even vacuumed and washed my very dirty car. I was so impressed with the service I received. Hopefully I do not have another auto body issue with my car, but if I do I will surely come back to Color Crafters. Excellence guaranteed indeed.

Service was great from these guys. Had my vehicle brought in for colission damage after I had some service work done at the shop next door. I showed Daniel the damage on my car and he promptly got the paperwork started and contacted my insurance company. It was my first time having to deal with filing an insurance claim but with Daniels help it was super easy. After all the work was done the car looked great, they had even detailed the entire car for me. The cherry on top is the fact that they guarntee the work they do for the life of the vehicle! Backing up your work like that truly goes to show you have the best of the best working on your car. Of all the other body shops I got estimates from, none of them back their work for life. Thank you Color Crafters and Daniel for making what I thought was going to be a complete pain in the rear into a pleasent situation!
