My wife and I choose Dr. Chen as her family doctor because of Dr. Chen’s great ratings on several doctor rating sites and for her Chinese language skills, which help my wife to communicate her medical issues easier. We have not been disappointed. Dr. Chen has shown excellent professional skill and knowledge, and equally as important, an excellent ability to listen to medical concerns and then take the time to discuss them with my wife, unlike my own doctor (who I’m seriously thinking of replacing) who most times respond to my questions with «while you’re getting older and that’s to be expected». With Dr. Chen you see that your concerns become her concerns. She also takes the time to fully discuss your medical health and concerns and you do not feel rushed during your appointment.
