Emily The girl at the front desk was amazing, very polite and made my visit very fast and painless

This review is based on our encounter with the girl at the front desk, Stacey, who was working at 7pm on 5÷19÷14. My husband does work for a guy in the area, and he went to go pick up a check the guy owed him to cash here. The guy had customers and my husband was waiting about 15 minutes — he comes out to grab his wallet from his car so he can cash the check — and his car had been towed. We still went inside to cash our check to have proof that we were parked here to do business here — and they couldn’t cash the check because it was in my name and my ID with my married last name was in my husbands car. My husband took the check back to the guy who wrote it, who made the last name change and initialed it — and was ready to even come next door to verify the change with HIS Id — and Stacey refused. The bank would cash this check (I’ve been in this situation before.) When we explained what happened with the towing, and if she couldn’t cash the check could she at least write something down to verify that we were here, she immediately told us she was not going to help us because we shouldn’t have been parked there. We explained that he went in to get the check first, and Stacey told him that she didn’t care, he should have come in first to check in with her and then gone next door. What an absolute joke. We were reasonable with her, calm (which is admittedly very hard for me to do when I am frustrated but somehow I kept my cool), but she refused to do anything for us. She wouldn’t give us eye contact because she knew what she was doing was awful. Stacey, I’m sure you need the money more than we do but get your life together and make it a different way.
The business owner next door told us the girls working at the front desk get a kick back from the towing company when they call for a tow, which makes sense as to why she wasn’t helpful. This is illegal and WRONG and tomorrow morning I’ll be filing a claim with the better business bureau.
TLDR: the people who work here are crooks and total a-​holes.
