Best chill beach to take a walk, lounge with the family or just read a book and soak up some sun. The access for this beach is in one of the smaller residential areas. Parking can be a drag, but usually on some of the busier weekends, but this beach is normally less packed than what you will find a few yards up or down the beach. Don’t go if the tide is high.

Lovely little beach entry that’s virtually unknown unless you happen to walk upon the stair case that leads down to beach or your hear about it. Parking is along the residential streets and can be a problem if it’s a busy time. There are 3 sets of easy stairs that lead to a rocky landing off the beach. I haven’t strolled the beach because the tide is always high when I visit but it’s gorgeous and quiet. There are no public restrooms or showers so come prepared. Have a blast and take pictures of the beauty

One of the best kept secrets in Oceanside for surfing and a great chill spot for us locals as well. I love this break usually vey peaky lefts and rights and even bad days here still have pretty decent surf and I wouldn’t complain about this at all its away from the crowds and not in Carlsbad so your away from the snobs too just a good mellow low key place to hang or surf!

My favorite spot on the beach in oceanside! It feels like you are in carlsbad but you are not:) It also is super safe because oceanside police and firefighters are constantly riding by. A great summer spot !!
