The winter of 2010 destroyed his concrete. Took no responsibility. Other houses on my block had concrete poured at the same time as mine with no issues after the winter. Mine crumbled to dust after the spring thaw. See photos.

Yeah, we decided not to use them for our driveway because of the way our sidewalk crumbled after this harsh winter (see pic). This may have been our fault, but the way it was handled kind of rubbed me the wrong way when we asked them about it. A smart business person would have tried to work with us (especially knowing we were in need of a new driveway), instead of pretty much just telling us it’s not their problem. We had a new asphalt driveway put in and we did NOT use this company again. You snooze, you lose! Treat your customers right and they will be loyal!
