Deborah Shepard founder of Aspiring BodyWorx is a teacher of holistic health practices with over a decade of experience, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Holistic Health, offering services in the Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® methods (4 years practicing this specialized form of exercise), holistic nutrition, vitamin therapy, massage therapy and yoga as a therapy. She works in conjunction with various Doctors to combine conventional medicine and natural modalities to achieve optimal health and wellness for our clients.
