Minus a star when your masseuse talks way too much and she doesn’t stop talking and I can’t relax because she babbles on too much. I really don’t care that her boss says she uses her thumbs too much in massage. I really don’t care that she used to work at a casino. I really don’t care that she’s here to practice the English language. I really don’t care about the history of this massage place and how it got its name nor that it will eventually become a massage school. I just want a massage and a peaceful one please.
Minus the next star for changing my masseuse at my appointment time. I’ve heard good reviews of the person (Suzie) I had an appointment with and that’s who I wanted my appointment with, I specifically booked an appointment with her not anyone else. You should have called me and told me you were changing it and/​or asked if that was okay. Or if I wanted to reschedule if she was not available– things to think about if you want to have positive customer service relations.
It is a little leary walking in there and the piece of paper they have you look over and sign says no sex… only massage… you think what kind of place did I walk into. holy crap! All these empty rooms and no customers.
The massage itself is great. The facilities are immaculately clean. A few things they can work on and it will be an even better place.

I wish I could give Suzie a 6^th star. She knocked it out of the park! I had even put the wrong day for my appointment in my calendar, but they still accommodated me. Clean, professional, friendly, experienced. I can’t say enough good things about my first experience here. I’ll definitely be back & recommend them to my friends!
