Dr. Kettler may be sweet but she’s inexperienced. She did an exam and wrote me a prescription. After getting the glasses (at Lenscrafters) I thought I should be seeing a lot better. I went back and she did a re-​exam and a new prescription. I brought it to Lenscrafters as they have a policy of giving a new lens with an Rx change in 30 days. They couldn’t believe that the new Rx was so different! I ended up having another exam at another optometrist office and they tweaked the prescription even more.

This was my first time here. The lady at the reception counter is very friendly and greeted everyone as soon as they came in. As a first time patient, they had me create an online account and input some medical history into a tablet. Then I waited maybe 10min until I got called back. An assistant tested my eyes on a few different machines before she took me into the exam room. She inputted some stuff into a computer and did a few more tests before she said my doctor would be right in. And not even 5min later, the doctor came in. My doctor was Rebecca Rodriguez. She was pretty cool. Very friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had. I would definitely come back to see her. It took a couple of weeks for my glasses to come in. They were busy when I went to pick up my glasses but I didn’t have to wait more than 5−10min for someone to help me with my glasses. They readjusted them so my glasses fit perfectly (and gave tips on how they should fit on my face and behind my ears so I don’t get a headache). So overall, great experience, everyone is very professional and courteous.

Very professional place! This is my 2nd prescription with these guys and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Great selection of frames and sunglasses. Dr. Rodriguez was so informative and patient with my questions and concerns. Also the gal who gives you all the lenses options is amazing! I cannot recall her name but she helped me pick out the perfect frames, ones I normally wouldn’t have gone for and I am so glad! Thank you!

I have to say, I have now been a regular here for years and I cannot say enough of how well we get treated. From the most simple of things like changing appointments to repair of defective lenses. Joseph Backalchuck is such a tremendous help for all of our needs. My wife and I love these guys, and will continue our business here in the future and let everyone know of our experiences.

I was visiting family close by and desperately needed new contacts. I saw that All About Eyes accepted my insurance so I called and they saw me the next day. I was even 15 minutes late for the appointment and they STILL saw me!
I saw Dr. Rodriguez and she was awesome. She fit me with toric lenses for mono vision and they are perfect. I’ve had a lot of trouble getting a proper fit/​prescription in the past. I had time constraints and she fit me in for a follow up too.
Their equipment appears to be up to date with the newest technology and the staff is knowledgeable.
Joseph went over my insurance coverage with me… twice, to make sure I got the most out of it. He was so patient! He also assisted me with picking the right kind of lenses for my existing frames. Finally, he brought to my attention a rebate I qualified for and printed up all of the necessary documentation I would need to get it!
Great service. I’ll be back.

Went in today to All About Eyes for the first time. The office is very clean, and I was helped instantly. I needed new glasses and already had my prescription from somewhere else. They first sat down with me to figure out what my cost range would be and get my insurance all ready to go. Then they helped me pick out frames that would work best for me. Joseph was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. My current glasses I had on were broken on the pads and he replaced them for me even though I hadn’t even purchased them from there. I was very pleased and am excited to get my new glasses!

I’m never the one to complain but my husband and I had the worst experience here. He had a scheduled appoinment and met with Dr. Rodriguez at the given time. In between his appoinment she left multiple times to meet with two other clients which had appoinments half and hour and an hour after my husbands. They all left within reasonable time and we waited for 2 hours. We usually meet with Dr. Pearcy but went with Dr. Rodriguez this time. We will not be going back to her!

Dr Rebecca Rodriguez, is very patient and caring, she prescribed the best RX I have had in years.
My wife is also very satisfied with her care.
The office staff is friendly professional, and efficient.

I bring all of my kids (4) and myself to this office. We have been coming here for years. It’s nice that no matter the age they know how to approach each person. I also like that there is no sales pressure to purchase glasses here either. (I have one kid that goes through them like candy)
I am so glad that we can come here year after year and know that whoever we see, we have great service. Keep it up and see you next year.

I have been coming to Dr. Pearcy’s office since I’ve been in elementary school. He has been such a wonderful doctor and caring person. It was only natural that both my father and my mother also go to him. Recently I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Ashley Kettler who took care of my yearly eye exam. She is a very sweet and gentle woman. I would suggest her to ANYONE!!!

I wanted to update my review. Dr. Kettler was correct with her diagnosis. Very impressive considering I had taken my daughter to 3 different opthamologists, even went to Shiley Eye Center. Dr. Kettler is the first person who told me what she thought the problem was. I have now taken her to Dr. Bloch, a vision therapist, who confirmed with me that Dr. Kettler was right. Now maybe we can get to the root of the problem. I’m very impressed that Dr. K caught something that 3 other drs missed. Way to go Dr. K. I highly recommend you to anyone !

Dr. Kettler is amazing! Such a sweetheart and so gentle. She nailed my prescription perfectly! I was definitely impressed with all the technology in their office. I love when medical professions keep up to date! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Melissa helped me out and assisted me with choosing my frames. I got the cutest Prada frames for an extremely reasonable price! The turn around was so quick-​about a week! They have such an awesome selection to choose from. I’ve been going to All about Eyes for years. Dr. Pearcy is the best, and even though I live down in San Diego now, I still come up to my hometown for my eye care. I also get my glasses here, and every pair I’ve gotten here over the years have yielded so many compliments– they have a good selection of brands and frames, and they have so many choices for stylish glasses. The receptionist/​assistants staff is great too. A lot of the same ladies have worked there for as long as I’ve been going there, and they are very helpful, kind, and accommodating. The (free) warranty on the glasses is great too! I highly recommend All about Eyes to every one.

I decided to try going to a different optometrist and I’m really glad that I did. From the receptionist to the optometrist, they all are very warm and welcoming. Ashley Kettler herself was AMAZING. I’ve never had such a thorough eye exam, ever. Which makes me realize the place I was going to before was just trying to get me in and out. Dr. Kettler was very informative and she genuinely cares about her patients, and she won’t let you leave without all your questions or concerns being answered.

I love this place! Dr. Pearcy has been a long time family friend and I would trust no one else with my eyes! Him and the rest of the staff are very attentive and truly care for their patients. Making an appointment is simple and quick, insurance questions aren’t a hassle and there is a reminder call the day ahead for those that get a bit busy and forgetful (like me!) I was beyond excited to get a new pair of glasses… it had been years… and I felt like the picking process was just as important to the staff as it was to me. No rushing, positive feedback, they really wanted to help me find exactly what I wanted! What is best is All About Eyes has an extensive selection in all price points so there really is something for everyone! Make the call, go visit this awesome office for a rewarding experience!
