The workers seem not to communicate with one another. In 45 minutes I had to speak with 3 different associates that did not relay what I spoke to the other worker about. It was a waste of my time going there. It’s not very appropriate way of conducting business. My previous interactions at this store in the past went alot more smoothly which is why I cam back again, but it’s doubtful I will be returning there in the future.

Do not shop here!!! I ended up paying double what the furniture is worth in less than 9 months of buying the furniture. They’re payment options are a rip off don’t do it! Seriously do not go here look around first. This place isn’t even a last option ur better off not having anything than buying or renting from them. I lost over $ 2000 dollars.

My experiene with Aarons Customer Service and The Managers knowledge of electronics was the worst I have ever had. They delivered the wrong Bundle I requested and When I called the next day to speak with a Manager they would not assist me, told me they would call back but never did so when I called back 2 days later they pretty much told me I did not know what I was talking about and that I am stuck with what I got! POORPOOR service!!! DONOTRENTFROMTHISSTORE!

If you calculate the interest rate you’re paying when you«rent to own», you’ll see that you’re much better off using a high interest rate credit card than renting from Aarons. Wow.
