I went there with a minor medical issue. The doctor was great! An older gentleman with many years of experience. I was very comfortable there and extremely close to my house so I was pretty happy I found this doctor. After weighing my options with him the conclusion we drew was to do absolutely nothing. But after a week thinking about it I decided to go forward with an alternative solution. I made an appointment to have the procedure done and was all set to go the following week. During that week my situation resolved itself and I no longer required the procedure. Called back to cancel the appointment because I don’t like to be a no-​show. My appointment is on Tuesday today is Thursday so I gave them four days notice including a weekend. Lady who answered the phone located me on the schedule canceled my appointment but the truth is and this is the reason why I only gave them three stars I did not like her attitude. She was very abrupt with me. She seems like a cold person, a miserable person, someone just doesn’t care about the patients. Whenever your going to a medical office people there supposed to be extremely friendly and also have to realize that they are dealing with people who may need some bedside manner and a smile to look at to help them feel better. Nobody wants some mean cold lady with an attitude on the phone when they’re trying to feel better. So in conclusion, it’s a great doctor to clean office with awful receptionist with a nasty attitude. Once you get past her I would say it’s all good. Unfortunately I will not be back

The BEST dermatologist ever! I have been a patient of Dr. Klenoff’s for over 12 years and I cannot say enough about him and his staff! He is an excellent dermatologist, kind, sweet and cares for his patients. His office staff is amazing — professional, compassionate and so accommodating. You won’t be disappointed!

I chose Dr. Klenoff off my insurance list as I was unhappy with my previous Dermatologist and had an infected abscess on my scalp. It was very painful, I had already been to a walk-​in that had given me a Rx for antibiotic but it wasn’t helping. Dr. Klenoff’s office was nice on the phone and gave me an appointment for the same day. As a new patient I was shocked and so happy to get some relief. The doctor was friendly, I was seen quickly and he explained everything. I left feeling so much better. Other than 2 tylenol after the procedure, I never had any further pain.
