Replace My Cushions

at first let me say the cushions are fantastic. however, the women that orders the cushions on the phone is not great at her job. i ordered my cushions and did not receive a confirmation order. i had to call two days later i received my order and it was incorrect. i call and she said she would correct. the correct order came threw and i thought it was all set execept another order came threw and it was incorrect. i called again and she told me the would correct it. i waited and did not receive an shipping confirmation and ups showed up in the rain of course and he placed them in my barn. i brought them into the house and unpackaged them. when it came down to it the order was never corrected and i received too many cushions. would i order again? i would but i think i will double check this womens work before i just let it go.
