I showed up with no appointment and a bunch of stuff needed to be worked on. I knew going in, it would be a long day. It was. But they got it done sooner than promised! They were understaffed but still managed to check in on me, to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. It was not a bad experience, one of the best I’ve had getting a car fixed. The only thing I would add would be a loner car or moped or some way to escape.

Super happy with customer service here! Tires in stock and installed same day just a little over an hour. I got a 100 dollar rebate. Feel like I got the best deal for what I was looking for. Would recommend to any woman that knows nothing about tires to trust Roger to do you right.

I came in needing needing my tire fixed. They had me back on the road in less than an hour. They explained the entire process to me — how the plug is placed on the inside of the tire so the hole is sealed up right.
Really happy with the level of customer service and the timeliness of the process.
The place was clean and the staff were professional.

Well I’m here sitting in their waiting room for an oil change and tire rotation and at first impression (first time here) they don’t seem to care if I do business here or not. The customer service of the guys at the front counter really lacks anything to be desired. Maybe theyre stressed or overwhelmed but when I ask a question their response should not be as if I’m bothering them. Won’t be returning, I’m just here because I have a coupon and need my tires rotated too. For oil, lot of other options in this area.

I was actually very impressed with their service, their customer service and the speed and efficiency in which they got the work done. I have an ’03 Montero Sport which needed new front tires, brakes, rotors, fluid changes, belts, etc.
They did a thorough exam and told me the pads were fine but the rotors still needed replacing. They advised on which fluids needed to be changed and which did not. The price was fair and they got he work done before lunch.
The people there were straightforward and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

I stopped by Tire Kingdom last week for a flat repair. Trying to get any work done at either this location or D’Iberville is hit and miss cause they do tend to get a little busy. I ended up getting an appointment to get my tire repaired. The tech spent a considerable amount of time repairing the tire but what dissapointed me the most was that he put the wheel weights on the outside. As a former tech I have never put wheel weights on the outside of aluminum wheels even though my vehicle has seen better days I still wouldnt have done that.
I called a week later to have some tires I had purchased installed and even though they came recommended by the seller I got the feeling when I called that they really weren’t interested in my business if I didnt buy my tires there. I think I’de pass on returning here to get any future work done on my vehicle.
