History

Established in 2003.

In early 2003, there were several needs, on the Gulf Coast, waiting to be filled. There were no true gourmet coffee shops to be found. There also was no true «Bubble Tea Café’s,» and finally, almost no places, other than fast food options, to get a good heathy sandwich, salad, wrap or fresh cooked breakfast. So one store «fused» them all under one roof. A true coffee house-​meets-​traditional bubble tea café. East meets West at Coffee Fusion Bubble Tea Café. A true American coffee house experience, complete with free WI/​FI, big screen TV’s, comfy couches & chairs, an even live acoustic music on the weekends. Also a true Asian Bubble Tea Café. With real fresh fruit smoothies & traditional Asian Milk Tea drinks with chewy tapioca and lychee jelly strips. Just like the ones in Taiwan, Japan, China, The Philippines, and Thailand. Add to it a great place to get a healthy fresh made-​to-​order gourmet meal… and your starting to scratch the surface of this amazing experience.
